It's been a great experience working with Paul and Santosh. They helped me purchase a property at a good price considering the market condition. Having to work just on my own in previous purchases and knowing how much hard work you need to put on, after hiring this agency they made the whole process much smoother and easier for me that I couldn't believe I did purchase the property at the comfort of my own home and without much hassle. They are good in communication and very proactive in their services. I would definitely be recommending them and will work with them again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES SERVICES - their property management is a joke. I had to pay out approximately $4000 out of my own pocket to get the bond clean redone, property had to be repaired from numerous damages from tenant that were never picked up.Was not notified that tenant was vacating and only got notified once tenant had left and didn’t seem bothered to find a new tenant and didn’t do their due diligence by checking possible tenants previous applicants.So in the 3rd week of no tenants, I terminated their horrific services and they have taken NO accountability for anything.The property manager was Toni Paterson. I called the manager/owner, Santosh, and tried to give him constructive feedback but he replied ‘he had several business’s and it didn’t bother him if he got bad feedback’.If you do business with this company change ASAP! If this is how they conduct business with property management, I wouldn’t want to know how they sell properties.

Have been dealing with Paul, Santosh & Anna for 3-4 years now. They are easy to work with, reliable and always there to help. Love their work. Toni Paterson is also part of their team and who is my property Manager. She is excellent in her work, she will leave no stone unturned untill she gets the right results for landlord or tenant, very satisfied with her work and professionalism. I will give the team five stars.

Clear, courteous, prompt, professional and excellent resultAnna was professional throughout the process. She read the market well, and gave us a good feel of what approach to go. She kept us informed throughout through emails and phone calls. She offered us good advice and negotiated really well on our behalf. I have appointed Anna for sale of my property and she has achieved the maximum outcome with very smooth process. Also, kept me in a loop. Highly recommended real estate agency and an individual for best outcome of your property sale journey.

Without going into detail I would have to say this would have to be the worst experience that I have had. We had authority to act on our daughter’s behalf and everything was fine while we continued to pay the rent but when it came to the exit report the problems began. I am an experienced property owner and have purchased more than 30 properties in my life time and have dealt with bond cleaners and management of my properties so I prefer working with the tenant not against them. This Agency tried to claim the entire bond whilst conducting the exit report without an entry report until I sent it to them. We had to go to conciliation with the RTA and asked for a legitimate invoice for cleaning. The matter has been reported to the minister of housing and the Office of fair trading. Santosh you won’t recall my name as it was my husband that you were speaking to and ignoring his emails and texts. I am absolutely disgusted at what tenants have to go through to try and claim their money, yes their bond back as I have always been fair and honest with all of our tenants. You know the story our daughter had everything of value stolen from her while in Hospital and this is just the icing on the cake. I am an honest person but seriously after spending 10 hours cleaning in a 2 bedroom unit after an unlawful entry and water damage from a neighbouring unit it’s just unbelievable. By the way the invoice that you provided to me from a maintenance company in Logan central for cleaning does not have a legitimate phone number which I have reported to the Tax office.

Fantastic service. Anna brings exemplary customer service to the table when it comes to taking care of one’s property management needs. I as landlords sought their services to manage my house in dealing with a problematic tenant in and ensuring their smooth removal of tenant and then continuation of renting to other tenants into the property. Anna helped whole process of marketing a property, getting a tenant and managing their smooth move into the property is very clear, simple and robust and the process is followed to the dot putting me at very much at ease. As a result, i handed over my other property to Anna as well to manage. I have dealt with Anna in particular and she is responsive to my queries and handled everything with utmost patience and friendliness. Full five stars to Anna and her wonderful team, She is the best of the best in everyway one can think of. I highly recommend her services for your property management.

When meeting Anna for the first time found her to be punctual, very informative of the property and just a very pleasant personality. She has always been approachable at any time of the day and would always return my calls within an hour of me not being able to contact her on the mobile. A great communicator as had a reason to see property i bought again before settlement and Anna sorted this out for me with owner and tenants. I would highly recommend Anna to any prospective buyers as she is the best.
