Fitted me in on a busy day fixed for a good price

I had a battery changed at another mechanic, which inadvertently reset the entertainment/gps unit on my Odyssey. In order to use it I needed a mystery passcode, which could only be found by removing the unit form the dash to find the serial number. So... In desperation I turned up at Capital Honda Belconnen at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. The mechanic was walking out the door, and probably looking forward to his weekend when I arrived. The manager, whose name I don't know, then convinced the mechanic to to stay and help with the offer of a cake (She must make good cakes) on Monday. 15 minutes later they had the entertainment unit up and running, and just to add icing on the cake (pun intended) refused to accept payment. Unbelievable service. I would have been happy to pay whatever fee, but in the end paid nothing. 100% recommendation. And clearly, if the manager ever opens a cake store, I would recommend that also.

Recently they serviced my car they didn’t even check headlights which is not working and didn’t fill water in wiper tank. Tried to call them not answering calls.

Just done the car service at Honda Belconnen. The experience is soooo great! The service work has done great there. They even got the car service done ahead of time which helps me a lot! The people there are all professional and friendly! Especially that sweet old lady. Definitely recommend!

No showroom here anymore, they only do service. Very nice and friendly lady in the office, they took a very good care of my car. Responsible and trustworthy staff. Thank you.

Very bad service. If you have other choices, don't do service there.

My battery went flat so they sent someone round to jump start the car and then replaced the battery on the spot at the workshop. Excellent service.

Awesome service and the mechanics were more than happy to explain what was done and why. I'm not a car person so I appreciate the detail they went to in explaining everything.
