Premium Showers and Robes

Terrible company, awful workmanship!! Unfortunately, they were responsible for the kitchen splash back, shelves and shower screens in our brand new house as our builder works with them. All of these have different problems and they don’t even attempt to fix them. They just come and inspect and report to the builder that the job has been completed!!!

Poor workmanship and poor attitude from all levels of the organisation.If you want wardrobes that are slapped together quickly and last around 12 months, use these guys.Our builder used this company for wardrobes, and we had them come out and 'rectify' issues after 12 months. Workers didn't want to be there, did some caulking and made comments like this'll hold

Just moved into a brand new property, discovered that there were multiple rough drill holes in a drawer structure that had not been used, this effects the way the drawer operates.This company, premium wardrobes and showers, hid their shocking workmanship and it has now been 12 months so they will not come out and fix it. I feel for the owners of the property because they were unable to utilise their warranty given they were not made aware of these errors at the time of the work being completed.I would not recommend this company, they clearly do not care about the work they produce and will not fix the problems they created so consumers will be out of pocket if they need something fixed. BEWARE, I wish I could give 0 star rating.

Service/communication extremely poor. Had to call and email 4 times to get a booking.Took 3 months to complete works for a basic walk in robe.We had to follow up for updates.Partial Average Sketch provided of what you will expect to get.Attended wrong date to install at 7am. Had to chase glazier for the mirror.Handels fell off soon after install.Installed cheap rounded handels which were not agreed. Handels look like they are from the 90s. They refused to change over unless paid additional when all we asked for was square.I would find another company if i was you.

Absolutely useless. One of their technicians came to quote on 2 of my waredrobes and said they would provide me with a quote 2 days later. It's been 3 weeks. I've called three times to ask for my quote and still no one repies. Would not recommend to anyone. Complete waste of time.

We had Premium install semi-frameless shower screens, wardrobes and a built in book shelf in our new house. Overall we're happy with the installation, the showers look good as does the book shelf, the only issue with the installation was the wardrobes had the hanging rail at an incorrect height, however we were able to fix that one.The lead time for the install however was pathetic. All during the quoting and even on the day it was measured we were told that there would be a ten day lead time. After nothing had been installed after two weeks, it took a dozen phone calls to be told that nothing was going to be installed for at least another 5 weeks! This destroyed the timetable for the build as other trades had to wait for the Premium install before they could go in.If Premium had been truthful about the actual lead time from the start we would have been able to schedule accordingly, by the time it was too late, they simply did not care.Would I recommend them? For their product, yes. For their service and communication, no, this is an area that they need to work on in future.

Rep was arrogant, told me what I had to have, didn't ask what I wanted! Shower screen arrived after our contractor chased it up, very badly fitted, poor access, door out of square, whole frame was rocky. Wo uldn't recomend this company to my worst enemy! Installer when coming back to supposedly rectify problems said door was only out of line a few millimeters as if it didn't matter! ( this was after he was LATE arriving and he knew I had to leave for an appointment at a set time ) Total arrogance and inconsideration! NEVER again

I would recommend this company. They did my wardrobe doors and l am very happy. It was easy to order and installed on time. Everyone was friendly.

Had new wardrobes installed about 3 years ago. Stuffed the job, but learnt to live with it. Needed to get a quote to adjust doors due to installing floating floors. Called the company who said they'd get thier guy to contact me to arrange time. After over a week, didn't hear anything, so called the company again who gave me the guys number. Guy came out to measure up and said he'd email me the quote the next day. Next day came - nothing, a week went by - nothing, two weeks go by so I call the company - guy is on leave. Company closed for Xmas/New Year - rang the seond day they were back. Told my story and said they follow up - nothing. So, its over 2 months since I first made contact with this company and nothing! Wast of time. Only gave one star because I can't post this without it.

From the very first contact (with Michael) through to the final payment I cannot fault this company. Our wardrobe doors and shower screens were measured, quoted, installed and altered perfectly and efficiently. I was hesitant to use this company after reading other reviews but have been more than pleasantly surprised. I can't recommend this company more highly.
