Ever since it changed to the new boss they’ve permanently cancelled some of my court that I had for over a year so that they can run their own social and coaching.I honestly think it’s not fair because obviously I booked the court first and you can’t just cancel somebody else’s permanent court with out noticing them.

Absolutely a disaster, the new male manager was yelling at me and saying F word to me! such a rude guy! very bad customer service. Strongly do not recommend this place!

The Badminton Center's new manager is a nightmare. She canceled all our courts and monopolizes them for her socials 24/7. Customers have very little access. Avoid this center if you want fair play and a manager who respects paying customers.

The badminton centre is located in an industrial area. There are 6 courts hence court availability is low during non-working hours. Otherwise it's a good place to play with acceptable lighting and facilities. Restringing of racquets and a limited selection of racquet are available.

Really bad experience. It used to be really nice service these few years but now suddenly end up with really rude customer service. Never ever come back anymore with this customer service attitude.

The Badminton Center recently changed management, and it's been a disaster. The new manager's lack of business sense is evident as she selfishly books all the courts for her own social events. Customers are left with no chance to play. Avoid this center if you value fair treatment and want a properly managed facility.

It’s a total disaster. We had a court booked a week in advanced only for us to show up and get our court cancelled ON THE SPOT for their social. No reaching out to let us know in advance. I do not recommend this place
