Leichhardt Dry Cleaners

I use dry cleaners exclusively for my business shirts, ties and pants - I moved into the area almost two years ago and have used Leichhardt Dry Cleaners the whole time. They're always professional, my clothes are always ready on time and it's really affordable. I've only ever had one issue, and it was a hooded puff jacket I put on for cleaning, it came back slightly damp (but that was because I wanted a quick turnaround and I just set the hairdryer on it for a couple of minutes had it was all good).I definitely recommend them!

I used to use this service as the corner shop on my street had a pick up and drop off dry cleaning service using Leichardt Dry Cleaners. They usually get your clothes back to you after a few days and usually they are clean and pressed. The pressing can be a little bit creative. I hope you don't mind multiple creases (train tracks) down the front of your pants and down your sleaves (I have permanent creases for work uniforms). When I say multiple train tracks... my pants came back looking like Central Railways Station there were that many lines going off on so many tangents. My sleeve creases had one from the back of the shoulder and on the opposite sleave one from the front of the shoulder as though who ever pressed the shirt took no notice of where the creases were to begin with. Then there was the nightmare of a very expensive dress that came back with multiple black marks on it. - The dress had gone in brand new - worn once - no stains pretty much for a freshen up and press. The excuse given was that the clothing tag had done it. Other than the fabric size tag and care instructions there was no tag. They reluctantly took it back and cleaned it again free of charge and after more than a week my dress was returned to me with only half the black marks removed and after another angry phone exchange between myself and the drycleaner he basically told me that it wasn't his problem and said that he wouldn't pay to replace the dress. So as I said it's a mixed bag as to whether your clothes come back cleaner, crisper and looking better than they did when you dropped them off. There were times that they came back looking great and other times when I just could not work out how they did what they did. Had it not been for the convenience of the pick up service I probably would not have used this drycleaner more than once. Since the corner shop has closed down this is no longer a decision I have had to make and go elsewhere. Positives - they are very cheap but then again you get what you pay for!

Have been coming couple times the quality they give are highly underrated they make my items stand out new again. I would recommend them if you genuinely care for your garments.

Hard-working family business that tries to go the extra mile for their customers. Dropped off 16-piece off-white matching sofa & cushion covers. It was floor stock so I just needed all the scuffs and footprints removed before the family used it. Covers came up beautifully, everything packaged with care. I'm told it was a 5hr job involving 200L of dry cleaning fluid resulting in 80L of waste. When there was a slight issue with a couple of the covers the business worked with me to resolve it. I am very happy to recommend this business.

Tight-knit family owned business they do an excellent job they are moving with the times and have just installed a lot of new equipment that look after and make your clothing look even better than when u bought it they also offer a deluxe service (mostly hand pressed )

I still don't really understand how you clean something dry. it's a very foreign concept to me. I can't even imagine what the machinery looks like. or think of what technology is being used. yet I blindly keep bringing my stuff over to the dry cleaners. is this a big scam?
