We just had an AC installed by them. From the initial consultation and quote to the installation, the service was impeccable. Nick's presentation of the available options was simple, thorough, and informative. He left the choice open to me as a consumer without making any attempt to sell one or the other option. For me, the best professional is one who gives all the relevant information and leaves the decision to the customer, and Nick just did that to perfection.
