Was recommended by my Mum as a Lexus approved repairer. Process was really smooth, every person there was incredibly helpful and my car looks as good as new! They even had my car sent up to Lexus Sutherland for its service. Glad I drove 30 mins to Callaghan even though it’s not my closest repairer.

While my interaction with repair and collision services has been very limited over my driving life, Callaghan Collision centre provided a professional and helpful service, dealing with insurance companies, hire car companies and time frame issues for the repair of my vehicle.Would definitely recommend this repair centre for insurance and non insurance jobs.Russell StevensNovember 2022

I had an issue with my car since being repaired after an accident, and Callaghans were very efficient in getting it fixed up again. They were consistent with their updates on how the repair was going and what the issue was. Their team are always very friendly to deal with and have a lot of patience for their customers! Had our company stolen got it back from police when it was recovered . In a terrible state prior to Christmas . I explained I needed this car repaired fast & was willing to pay extra as I needed the car back in time for the Christmas Holiday break for my staff member . The owner came out and inspected all the damage gave me a quote on the spot which I accepted and in a three days I had the car back mint condition. They also detailed the car for me. I cannot thank the owner Jason and his helpful staff for saving the day . They were just unbelievable . To top it off Jason don’t thank me we love good customers like yourself please come again any time . I was gob smacked by their hospitality . Thank you guys .

Tried to SCAM $150 charge from me for repair quote 4 weeks after I attended and was not told there would not be any charge for quote at time assessment of my vehicle was completed. Avoid these dodgy operators. Plenty of other repairers in the Sutherland Shire that do not operate in such underhanded and dishonest ways

I am NOT recommended it, absolutely disappointed of this job and service. When I made a quota, they said one thing, and then it turned out to be completely different. From the very beginning I said that it was the insurance claim and even played the video of accident so that their panel beater would understand exactly how it happened. In addition, the employee dropped my car remote and now the door does not always open straight away as before, I am looking for someone who can fix it, just madness

If you need an outstanding repair done these are the guys to see. Absolutely first class repair facilities. Cannot praise them highly enough. Are also approved panel shop for multiple different brands of cars- that in itself speaks volumes.

They are very professional, polite and genuine. Their work is the best l have come across to date and is why l keep going back to them. Wayne and Sue, are really nice and they treated me like a valued customer. They are a credit to the company. I just hope they are still working there the next time l visit.

Overall am happy ( to have my car back and repaired). Some items were not to a standard expected but once highlighted I had the car back in and sorted out.
