I would like to thank Lauren for the generosity and kindness she always shows me, but especially, today when she delivered my Covid medication. I have been a customer of Wyong Blooms for a very long time & I have seen lots of people come & go in that time, but when one see’s excellence in customer service then one can not go further that to have had interactions with a girl named Ela. She is a most courteous & conscientious lady who takes an interest in her clients, she understands that some people need that little extra in service, & makes one feel that they are the only person in the room that needs their attention. Having been a manager of a Company that encapsulates the finer details in customer service, I am well attuned to those that have a natural ability in ensuring that the customer is felt wanted & respected. May I say that this lady named Ela is a gift to the Blooms family.

The chemist is great! They'll fill in your prescriptions straight away, the longest I've ever had to wait for my scripts was about 10 minutes. All the girls that work there especially Lauren are always so helpful, understanding & she makes you feel like an old school mate & if they aren't particularly busy then Lauren is always up for a general chat.

Fantastic friendly service, can’t recommend highly enough!All staff members are super knowledgeable and have a fantastic free service where your medication can be dispensed in blister packs so I don’t have to worry about missing a dose.My family’s prescribed medication has always been in stock, so no wait times like I have experienced at other chemists in the area.

Wow what a helpful sales assistant Lauren was. Helped me straight away, took me straight to what I needed, discussed my needs and then asked if I was a Blooms member and got $5 off for points earned! And so naturally friendly. Then she found me something not on the shelf. So professional friendly and knowledgeable. Real 5 star customer service. Best i've had anywhere . Thank you Lauren.

I have been a regular customer for 12 years. Blooms chemist Wyong offer a very professional service and genuinely care about your health. All staff have a good knowledge in relation to my needs and the products they provide. One of the staff, Lauren has an excellent demeanour and always makes me feel welcome when I enter the chemist. She loved a chat and a laugh. In dealing with Lauren over the years, she has shown to be a good assistant to the chemist and I believe she is an asset to the business.
