They repaired my mobile phone same day. Was stoked. 2 days later the screen died. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for the part they need to fix it but a) they can't tell me what's wrong 2) they don't know how long it will take 3) they don't know how much it will be 4) they honestly can't tell me what the problem is but they can order a part to fix it and i still don't know if it is covered under warranty or if i have to pay for it. Nice customer services from the young guy at the counter who keeps relaying the messages via the mobile technicians who are too chicken to talk to me directly about it…..he is too good for that store. Considering I will be out at least another $220 if I take it somewhere else, I just have to keep waiting. The most ridiculously frustrating experience!!!!

Had them overhaul my old potato computer with a fried motherboard and am completely satisfied with what they have done.Previously when my computer wasn't dead, it was loud, and slow to process anything. Since taking it in to get done up it has been absolutely lovely. It's dead silent, and Legion loading screens? No more. Couldn't have been more happy with the result.Overall the price and timely matter in which this took was great. Thanks Computer Shoppe.

Outstanding, a totally proffessional team, a breath of fresh air. They sorted out my PC and assisted in getting my a new one at a fantastic price they bent over backwards to assist and nothing was to hard. Right from the beginning they have been helpful and honest about anything to do with my purchase and trade in. There after sales service has also been exceptional follow up calls" yes they rang to see that all was good with the product. An excellent experience

I had a custom built system made for me, that was high fairly high spec without being a gamer, mainly for rendering and working with video. These guys matched up really well for component pricing, matching and even beating the likes of UMart. The build was tidy, well tested, required software installed and worked great straight out of the box on completion (which was fast). I have had other repairs and upgrades to our other computers in the last 3 years and have been more than satisfied with the result. I would recommend them to anyone, not just the geeks amongst us.

Great service, very knowledgeable individuals. I came in with a problem with a recently purchased motherboard and they took the time, effort and hassle to fix it on the spot! And I got it back and running within the same day! They even cleaned every nook and cranny of my entire tower without my asking. Originally I was going to drive all the way to umart to fix my motherboard where they would have charged an $80 fee, but I'm glad I stopped by at the local computer shop where they did it for free (probably because I recently bought products from them). Very pleased with their service. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Fantastic customer service!Used to shop at places like umart, who would never really show any care for you as a customer.These guys went above and beyond for me.Repair and cleaned my computer, upgraded case and some hardware. Match prices, and addressed my every concern.I will absolutely do all of my shopping and upgrades here.

These guys originally worked and upgraded my desktop not long after they took over from the previous owners, unsure of the exact year but more than 2 years ago.Having read the comments, I would agree with the negative things that they say as initially they took way too long after they promised my computer back to give it to me, basically, I found them to not know anything about business, to what I have been taught.I decided to use them again for another upgrade, this time for them to reformat my drives completely, upgrade Windows 7 32 bit to 64 (as I had installed 8GB RAM and as I had 32bit, it could not utilize the full memory) and make a newly bought 500GB SSD the boot drive to make booting the desktop faster. (bought from eBay). I also asked the owner if he could recover files on an SD card which could not be read anywhere as it said I had to format the drive in order to read it (but I had pictures in there I needed access to). The owner said he had a great program that was able to do that.He gave me a set figure (did not even charge me for the SD card recovery) and said that if I drop it off today, I could pick it up the next afternoon. Well, I did not have time but I dropped it off on Sat morning, he rang me the same afternoon to tell me his findings and advised that the desktop would be ready on Monday for me to pick up after work.I rang him on Monday from work to also ask him to include a copy of 64bit Windows 7 Pro (as I had the license for it from 32bit professional) and he told me that it was ready.I went there after work, took the SD card with me, he booted up the desktop, it booted 10x faster than previous, he also used his magic paid software to recover 3134 picture files from the supposed corrupted card (as I did not format it) out of 3150. In the same process, he showed me how much work he done on it and I also asked him to install a new multi card reader on the desktop, as well as 2 new 3.0 USB ports for the file transfer (of the recovered data) on to my desktop.Overall. it cost me $50 more than the original price, but the level of service I received outweighed the price. I went there with the same expectation as getting a substandard service and delays as before but was blown away as they exceeded my expectations.I honestly believe that there will be more positive reviews from people if they bother to take the time to write one. To me, good service must be known.Thanks and I will bring my needs to you in future without hesitation.

Had my desktop of 7 years die, took into Computer Shoppe for quote to fix. Turns out it was the motherboard so went through some options.I ended up going for a laptop which the guys transferred all my files and programs across to that afternoon.Great service and advise, can recommend.

Congratulations to Mo and his team giving me every reason to shop local. I bought my laptop from here after shopping around. The price for their Lenova Laptop complete with sprinkles and a cherry on top (super fast booster) was cheaper than anywhere else. He will backup your old files, and offer free ongoing advice but be aware that he is a small town operator and he too has bills to pay.
