Absolutely wonderful experience.My partner and I received a complimentary Hammam with our stay at the hotel and it was so great that we then booked a facial and massage as well. The staff were very kind and attentive, and we left feeling incredible.

This was my first visit here and I was keen for my pamper day. I booked the Pure Bliss 3 hr package. On arrival I followed the signs for the spa and hoped it was the right way as the sign said LL spa and not LM. You approach the building from a side on approach, so just a brick wall, there is no A board or flags out to advertise that you are in the right place. The building is tucked away at the edge of the property, away from the main hotel. Once at the front door I could see that it said LM Spa on it but the front definitely needs some attention. Overhanging trees dropping leaves everywhere, bird poo all over the 3 steps up to the door, not what I expected from a mansion hotel spa.Once inside I was welcomed warmly and given my locker key and shown where to go. The changing room lacks space! I had locker 9 which was directly outside the 2 toilets, which were both in use when I arrived, so whilst changing out of my clothes and into the robe provided I had to make way for the ladies exiting the toilet. I did at least have some bench space, other lockers had nothing.I was directed to go downstairs and told my therapist would be with me shortly. Downstairs was a relaxation area and I waited there. My therapist was setting up our room and coming and going. It would have been nice if she’d acknowledged me even though it was a few minutes before my booked session, just a “Hi, I’m just setting up, I’ll be with you shortly” would have made a difference.My sessions were all very good, and the 2 therapists I had were informative and friendly. However, the package included a mineral mud wrap, which I didn’t get. I got an exfoliation which is also described in the package but not a mud wrap.On finishing up I went back to the locker room to shower and change, but there were no towels available. I was also looking forward to relaxing by the pool after my session, but after the 3 hours I was hungry for lunch and with no food options available I decided to head home.So, all in all, not overly impressed considering the money I paid. It was a rare treat to myself, and although I enjoyed the treatments and do feel better for them, there’s definitely room for improvement.I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this spa.

We chose to celebrate an important anniversary here. We were blown away by the amazing experience we had here and the hotel. Staff were amazing. The treatment was bliss. Thank you Nicola, Jenna and Simone.Try to go during a quiet period. Won't be disappointed.

I came here a few weeks ago and had the most incredible experience! Amazing and friendly staff and such a relaxing atmosphere, not to mention the massage! Top quality and very luxurious.

I booked a number of relaxing treatments in advance of our visit. I phoned the week before to confirm and was given a completely different price for the package I was initially quoted - this was rectified the following day via email. This issue aside, the main reason for my one star is the fact that the road leading up to the spa is an unpaved or gravel road - as a result of being on this road my car requires both suspension and transmission repairs - this is going to cost in excess of 2k. I will never visit this spa again nor will any of my family, friends or acquaintances. Given the cost of treatments ($960) I would expect the road to be fixed. Anyone driving a European car beware.

I availed of the Moroccan Melt. A little pricey but for a rare indulgence I think worth it. A fabulous treat. Julia was fantastic, very professional and most efficiently she worked throughout the 3 hours. The exfoliating wrap , the hot stone massage and facial left my skin wonderfully replenished and I was most relaxed. The staff at reception were very friendly upon entry and exit.

Great facility and atmosphere, excellent customer service by Courtney, Emily and another beautiful young lady at the counter (I forgot to ask her name). The water temperature of the swimming pool was perfect. The change room was very clean.

Complete waste of time trying to book here. Wanted the indulgent spa day with friends for my birthday. They couldn't accommodate the treatments (for 9 people with 6 weeks notice) and we had to pick 30 minute treatments. When I called to pay the deposit nobody answered then over the weekend they sent an email putting up their prices! $100 for a 30minute relaxation massage! So disappointing.

Was gifted a $300 voucher and this is what it gets you, not a lot.While I was waiting at reception a customer was leaving and told the reception staff that there were some issues, no shower gel and no towels available, couldn’t hear everything but she had noticed a few things weren’t up to standard standards.When I went in and had to use the facilities I was really unhappy, there’s only 2 shower cubicles so it’s not a lot to have to maintain, there’s no towel hooks inside so I’m not sure where your supposed to hang your towel, there’s so much hair clogging the drains it’s grossThe floors are slimy the walls are slimyThere’s no shower gel, she wasn’t joking.....the conditioner pump doesn’t work so unless you scoop your hand in from the top which is really unsanitary you basically can’t use it. The only button that had any contents and was operational was the shampoo.The walls had hairs and shower scum all over them the corners of the shower looked like a bacterial reunion. There’s mould on the sinks there’s dead insects in the corner of the room collecting near the lockersThere were no towels in the swimming area only used ones and it wasn’t even busy due to the restrictions. So not sure why it’s so unkempt.There’s is also no water available in the first floor, so unless you know where to go (get a towel to dry off(oh yea there are no towels) so completely wet) go past reception, go down a flight of stairs into a dark corner to find a jug of water you will probably pass out of dehydration.Really disappointed with my visit, to spend so much and not even have basic facilities available like fresh water and clean towels is unacceptable, especially when customers are actually telling you on their way out the door!However they have splashed the cash on personalised hand santiser machines they have proudly positioned at the entrance.Unfortunately they don’t have their priorities right, even with a Groupon this wouldn’t be worth the money.
