Staff amazing. Made this shopping trip easy and stress free. Was first time I had exchanged something and used after pay in any store. Staff member showed me how to do it on my phone and was very patient. As an avid online shopper it made my instore experience just as convenient

I feel so terrible for the girls working here, I went to purchase for my Mum at the Wagga store the other day. There was no Manager on duty and staff were just trying to keep up with 3 people at once. Then the manager came back ith bags full of shopping. I don't know how long their breaks are there but I'd been in that shop for longer than half and hour. He then proceeded to go out back and not come back out for another 10 minutes!! I ended up buying off one of the lovely young girls that were trying their best to keep up with everyone. I didn't post this now until I gave my Mum her present and it reminded me of the terrible experience I had. Get better Management Pandora, people who actually take pride in their job!
