Just a slip road off Gorge Road where you can look out at the reservoir with some pretty views. Shame you can't get to the other side where the run-off bit is to see the waterfall. You need a drone if you plan on getting pics over on that side.

If the dam is full it's a nice view, but it would be really cool if visitors can have closer look of the dam.

Kangroo Creek Reservoir is beautiful and very natural. It's worth going place for pictures, selfies, wedding pictures, and family portrait. Please, if you take your children with you, then you need to supervise them all the time. If can we be super dangerous. Look out, the area is really good too. You won't find any bins around the area, so please take garbage bags with you. Very green place, clean environment. You can go for long walks and cycling too

Kangaroo Creek Reservoir Lookout
Even though the view is beautiful, there’s no proper place to enjoy it from as the stop by the road is covered with trees hence obstruct the view. There’s not much to look at though. I personally like the drive to this place the place itself. The road towards this place has many bends with frequent warnings for rock falls. However the drive is beautiful too. I felt the george road is a paradise for bikies who race. Same for drivers of mustangs etc. They tend to race ignoring the road speed limit. That’s the scary part.
