Absolutely appalling service! I booked an inspection with a property, no one showed up, I rang up and they said oh sorry we can book you in for a later time" we then showed up again at the later time and no one showed again! We were then told there were no inspections booked and the house had already been rented. Glad we didn't rent

I agree with Matt Shine below, they have not done what we have paid them to do, and have now transgressed below the very minimum standards for property management. One Star is too high. We have left them and will be better off for it.

Barbara from PropertyOz has proven to be the best property manager I have ever had managing my property . Her ability to get the job done smoothly, is excellent. Her tenant selection is excellent and her beginning and end of tenancy processes is also excellent. Barbara is attentive to the needs of the property, myself and my tennants and the communication is second to none!I am very happy with Barbara and the management of my property and would recommend her and PropertyOz with no hesitation.

I have had nothing but a great experience so far as a tenant with Alannah and the Team at Property Oz. They have made the move easy and very good to deal with. It is early days however, look forward to the rest of my tenancy with Property Oz.

I am echoing the comments and opinions of many others who have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this bunch, who I believe will not be in business for much longer. 1 star is just too generous for these unprofessional amateurs who don’t follow up or return phone calls. Do not trust this business.

Barbara is one of the best property managers I’ve encountered. Not only is she friendly and professional, she’s always available for any assistance I need. She’s never yelled at me, and her calm confidence is reassuring. Whenever I have a problem, she’s ready and willing to help me, and I never feel I’m being a problem or inconvenience to her. I highly recommend her as a property manager. She’s there when I need her!

I went to this agency because i thought it was a well run family business until my agent was replaced by one of the owners without any warning and then making decisions for my property without even consulting me. The way i was treated in the end was so poor and still cant even provide me evidence when i asked for it. I am glad i will never have to deal with this business again.

1 Star is far too generous. This Agency should be avoided like the plague. Our home was infested with cockroaches 7 different species and the worst infestation the pest control had ever seen. The bedroom and the lounge room still have no a/c even after almost 2 years of asking for them to be repaired. We spent 2 weeks cleaning the house before we could unpack our boxes. I don't know how this Property Manager can sleep at night. Always have everything in writing if you use this company.
