If your wheel rim is damaged from a pot hole then this is the place! They will assess it and repair only if it is within the safety guidelines. My rim was fixed in 2 days at good price. It’s so good and service is very friendly and polite. He even carried my wheel in and out of my car. So happy and definitely recommend it.

Great workmanship. Used these guys a number of times and it's always excellent work. Wait times are a challenge for them as they are inundated with work apparently.

WARNING! BEWARE - Neway Wheels are RIP OFF ARTISTS.Zero or negative 5 stars would be appropriate.I took 2 buckled mag wheels in to have them straightened/re rolled, they charged me $300 & both wheels were still buckled when I went to refit the tyres, they claimed it was the best we could do"In my Workshop I don't half-fix things

Highly recommend this place for Wheel BENT repairs. They are very busy & you will need to leave your Wheel for couple of days at least, but they will do an excellent job. My Wheel was sorted last Saturday. Owner Dave was very good & friendly . When requested they were happy to replace the spare wheel with the repaired one . The gentleman who did change over (sorry forgot your name mate) the wheel was very friendly and knows how to deal with the customer. TOP positive experience overall

Probably the most useless and time consuming place. Tried getting my rims fixed here, which only 2 of them were slightly buckled. Was told to wait 3-4 weeks before getting them back. Waited 3-4 months to actually call them up to ask about the rims only for them to say to give them a call back later. Kept calling them up every week for the same response up until the 7th month in which they finally give me the owners number. In which he tells me that his lost my rims and will try to find them later. Had to keep updating him and his response was always an excuse to find the wheels later and at this point it had already taken a month for him to actually find the wheels and send me photos of the unseen damages. And then during the end they tell me that they won’t be able to fix the rims. So basically waited 8 months for them to tell me they can’t fix it which for me is extremely frustrating. I’ve never seen a wheel place that cannot fix wheels.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ONE BIT. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Since I am building a Ford XE ESP I needed someone to refurbish my ESP wheels which are rare and getting hard to find, so naturally I was very cautious with who I would let touch the wheels. My partner had had some wheels repaired previously by Neway wheel repairs and they came out great so I decided that they would be the ones who I would choose to do my wheels.The guys at Neway Wheel repairs were great to deal with, very friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to exactly what I wanted done to every detail.Throughout the entire process they kept me informed about progress, even sending me photos. The guys took extra time to make sure they colour matched the wheels as close as possible.Upon picking the wheels up they took the time to inspect them with me and make sure I was happy with the results, I was very happy to say the least. They matched the colour perfect which impressed me as it was the main thing I was worried about.The whole experience was great and not once did I feel uncomfortable throughout the process of the wheel restoration with these guys. I highly recommend these guys if you need your wheels restored or repaired.Thanks guys.

The rudest person I have ever delt with.Just simply replies, too busy don't want your work and hangs up.Too busy to fix wheels which is what I thought the business was.Not how I would respond to any of my customers or possible new customers.
