Ordered 2 meters of black Unimig 50mm2 ground wire online and received 2 meters of Orange Bossweld 50mm2 wire. contacted support about this and got the excuse of Unfortunately this is what Unimig supplied"Asked for a refund and got no response .Thank you for ripping me off!"

Staff knows there stuff, they will put the effort in to help you pick out what tools are suitable for you, good range of brands and products.

Avoid, Avoid! Ordered a drill bit they contacted me said they didn’t have it in stock it would be delivered to their store the next order they received. This took almost 3 weeks then it was sent using TNT it took 4 weeks for TNT to deliver. They don’t specify on their website what items are special orders & how long the orders take. Read the fine print on their refunds & returns it’s the opposite of what Dept of Fair Trading tell you.

Fix up your website. Looking for a 10mm spanner. Over a 1000 products that include 10mm come up all over the place. I just want a spanner. Can't sort by lowest price, what rubbish is that. SORT THIS OUT!!

Disgraceful. Had to give one star as would not let me leave a review with no stars. Bought a 186 Boswell unit from blacktown last saturday. The unit kept bunching up the wire inside so was constantly wasting wire just to weld 6 brackets on a front gate. Had 2 experienced welders come sunday arvo. The second brought his own equipment and finished the job which was very expensive. The tip of the gun broke and would not stay on. Returned the welder at blacktown store for a refund. Was told that the unit would be sent back under warranty as it is used now and cannot be re sold as it is faulty. Both the experienced welders commented that the bosswell unit or any boswell unit are crap. Have left message with regional manager for call back to resolve. Would neverbever recommend ANY product from gasweld period. This issue will also be plastered all over social media unless a full refund is given. I have no use for a welder that is NOT fit for purpose AND faulty.Just spoke to regional manager. He advised that the unit will be assessed by the manufacturer. Pretty useless now that i had to hire someone to finish the job with their own equipment. I have no faith in the unit what so ever. Add the fact that im on a disability support pension and paid just under $500 for a piece of crap. Would be much more useful over someones head.

Excellent over the phone service. My online order was processed and dispatched same-day but was very delayed by Aus Post's (COVID backlog). I called up and asked if I could pay for another part, have it sent by a courier then return the Aus Post delivery when it finally arrived (for a refund). It wasn't a problem and the new part was couriered out that afternoon.Can fault Australia post, Can't fault the Gasweld Tools Service.

If i could give 0, i would. Absolutely disgusting business from Gasweld. Bought a Makita impact set as i was in need of one ASAP and they had them for purchase online. After Purchasing the set online, i was sent an email from the store stating that the item was on backorder and on the next truck in. I asked how long the delivery was expect and was told about 6 weeks. 6 WEEKS!!I Emailed them asking for a refund because i needed the item ASAP and would never have purchased it from them if they had listed on their site that it was on back order or currently out of stock.....After they refused me a refund i contacted the DOFT to hopefully bring a better outcome. I received the response from DOFT saying that my item was a '' special order'' according to gasweld (which was absolutely BS) and they will still not give a refund.Absolutely disgusting from gasweld, quickest way to lose a potentially long standing customer considering i am sparky and am always needed tools etc.
