Get More Traffic

I am yet another business owner who has been sorely let down by Get More Traffic. I've found that they are incapable to meeting their most basic deliverables, have been late for scheduled meetings or simply do not return emails or phone calls. I wish I had conducted better due dillegence on this company prior to engaging them. The only good outcome was that I was able to stop all automated payment to them having had previously informed them that I will stop their service. I subsequently saw an automated response from their system a few days later trying to charge my credit card - ahead of the due date! These guys are the kind of company the ACCC should be investigating.I would not work this this company.

Our first approach with Get More Traffic was unbelievably GREAT.As we have just started I can't really talk about results yet, however Daniel (Sales) and Arthur (Tech team) have excelled in Communication and Professionalism.The Google Campaign has been launched within a few days I have provided what requested.this guys are just amazing.I will update this review in a couple of months..in the meantime Get More Traffic is HIGHLY recommended !

** WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE **Having little knowledge or understanding, we engaged GMT to assist us with a specific Google Ads campaign for our business. The initial correspondence was very positive and helpful.The outcome, however, has been a complete waste of time and money because the solution they offered was hopeless and useless. No follow ups as promised, no reviews as promised, and clearly no analysis on their part, as the campaign has continued over several months with no review as to its effectiveness. Instead we are to rely on the Google analytics ourselves, which makes GMT somewhat redundant.The one follow up call we did have was not a review of the ad campaign as we asked for, but a completely irrelevant discussion about the effectiveness of our website and a blatant attempt to persuade us to part with yet more money. We were also advised that we need to upgrade our website subscription plan - complete nonsense.We have sent several emails asking for an urgent call back to address the failings of the Google Ads campaign they set up and we have had no response whatsoever. Our patience does not extend to sending endless emails without response. Our payments are therefore now stopped and we will be approaching our bank to secure a chargeback of all the money paid to them over several wasted, fruitless months. The company is all talk and no action. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent sales team, they sucked me in. Promised more new customers. After a month of using them I didn't gain any new customers. A $45 sign I nailed to a pole generated more customers than the crazy amount I paid them. Every time I called to ask why it was taking so long, I kept getting the same story We need more time to analyse the traffic" (Its not rocket science). I was doing my own Facebook ads and usually got 3 new clients from $200 budget in a week

Not a very customer centric business. Put together all the promises and didn't deliver. For a month I had no action on my account, no feedback until they admitted they forgot, but didn't forget to take the money. Made appointments to speak to someone and didn't receive a phone call to go through what was done. The poor results I saw this company I did not even recover their costs.I would not recommend them for any service nor ever use them again.

Worked with GMT for 4 months, they were friendly to deal and good with communication with but didn't get the results from their AdWords campaigns that we discussed to make it cost effective for us to continue the contract, so we have moved on.
