Got my Tank moved today, i absolutely loved the service by the blokes. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone who needs a tank moved or your tank cleaned. Very friendly and great to deal with.

Booked ssltwater delivery, I was left with no water and empty tank midst moving houses, called over 20 times and not even 1 single excuse or answer. Had to scramble and figure out how to get water in my tank and hoping my corals surrvive and try to move the house.... terrible absolutly inexcusable. Will not reccoment or deal with in future....

This owner operator tailgates me all the way up the gold coast spit and when I questioned his driving aggression I was met with a violent and non professional guy whom abused me and threatened to assault me.Dealing with this business means dealing with this lack of professionalism.

I had our 6ft tank and stand moved and was quoted $330 and assured there would be enough people to move the tank. On the day 1 guy and girl showed up. They asked my partner for help to lift the 6ft tank and then at the other end asked the man who bought our tank for help too. They forgot to take the hood for the tank and stand with them and it was a 2hr drive so not easy for us to just hop in the car and quickly deliver it. There was no financial compensation. They actually charged much more then the original quote. Almost $500 later, incomplete delivery and half the lifting was done by our own people. Would definitely not recommend or use this company again.

Hired the team to move a 6ft fish tank. Extremely helpful and provided a fast careful move. Great communication and would highly recommend. A++

Hired this company to move a 3ft community tank and 4ft turtle tank for us when we shifted houses. All seemed to go well until 20 to 30 minutes after they left when I noticed some of our fish really struggling and some were already dead. Talking to a vet and getting the water tested, it is believed that by removing the substrate and putting it back in without washing it, caused toxins that would have normally been harmless trapped in the substrate to pollute the whole tank killing off dozens of fish. Luckily we had another tank to remove our turtle while the filter re-cycled otherwise our turtle would have died also. Tried making contact afterwards and as soon as I showed them the dead fish and requested a refund, they stopped returning my calls or text messages. Would highly recommend you steer clear of this company. I will never be using them again.

We are very happy with the service we get from the guys at Tranquil Tanks. Their no fuss down to earth and honest attitude toward their work stands out from some of the other 'sharks' in the business. We very much appreciate their help to restore our Marine Tank -coral and what fish we had left from imminent disaster.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!!I got this business to install a pump and filter to my pond and only after 3 months the lid of the filter cracked and started leaking. I called them to let them know, with a reply not a problem I'll get a new lid. 8 months later and countless phone calls they have now told me too bad I don't care.They are the most unprofessional back yard business I've ever delt with that I now have to recoup my money through the courts.

Stirling is a great bloke.He knows exactly what he is talking about and how the to explain everything to the point you understand.Together with this after 20 years of experience he has a full knowledge of any type of aquarium.Do not hesitate to use Tranquil Marine Services.
