Freedom - Toowoomba

The staff are very friendly and so helpful, I certainly loved the combinations to style my new home. It is great having a Freedom Furniture store located in Toowoomba.

Ordered a lounge back in April and was told it would be here on the 27th May, have now been informed that it won’t be here until late August, so we will see if that even happens. They did give us a borrow couch 3 months in but it is a cheap, uncomfortable, 3 seater. Would not recommend anyone purchasing a lounge from here unless your prepared to wait a long time. It better be worth the wait.

I only ever come on google reviews to give positive reviews however I can’t go past the disappointing experience we had at this store today. We came in (after driving a long distance from a rural town with a one year old) to purchase counter stools, spending time in store to pick the perfect one and as we got to the front counter they changed the price of the item. We had already taken photos of the item which show the price- I confirmed that the ticket number on the back was matching the item after they altered the price and despite admitting fault they chose not to honour the price they had ticketed the item at? I politely tried to meet the manager halfway, tried to explain that I felt like it wasn’t fair and she just repeated that by consumer law she can price tickets at what she likes and then refuse to honour that price. A super disappointing experience, a waste of our time and a misleading and dishonest way to do business.

Never in all my years of shopping have I had the misfortune of being served by a shop assistant who obviously has never been trained how to give the customer a seamless experience in Freedom Toowoomba.I called into Freedom Toowoomba hoping to get an update on my replacement Office chair. I was asked for my name & mobile number which I gave her, to be told I would need to sign for my replacement chair.I said, I was unaware the chair was here...to my utter amazement I was given this response....... It was not her job to let me know my replacement chair had arrived" she giggled & thought my annoyance was very funny all she could say was I'm sorry not once but five times with a giggle plus her Manager also was of no assistance just giggled like a small child.I was asked to sign for the chair but as I didn't have the faulty chair I couldn't take my new chair....I said if you had called me to advise the replacement chair was in Store I would have the faulty one with me.....Service Zero....Will definitely not recommend Freedom Toowoomba to purchase from

Amazing customer service, I came in looking for something quite specific, Ash talked me through all of my options, and answered all my questions. This was a purchase I'd been putting off for a year, and with Ash's assistance got it sorted in one day, and delivered within the week! Thanks so much.

Never ever recommend. We bought a sofa from freedom Toowoomba.After few days we got lint on it. They gave us lint removal machine.But lint is still same there.We got big bump on 1 side of sofa.We bought 5 years warranty as well.We are trying to connect them now but they are not replying us.I will not recommend to anyone.Worse service I have ever had in my life.Very disappointed.Wont buy anything Never ever again. store.

Most awful errors lead to 9-month wait for couch; having to be remade after total incompetence with measurements, by manager. Store owner, Helena, fudged numbers on remade couch contract to look like hero and offering ‘substantial’ discount…pure fantasy. Was left without couch for a long while. Currently filling multiple homes with new furniture…I’d recommend going to Nick Scali.

Thankyou to the amazing lady that just served me at the Toowoomba store she went above and beyond to help me locate the perfect gift for my husband.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, only issue I had was the wrong item was delivered. However the store went above and beyond to fix the problem, including taking away the incorrect table and delivering the table I ordered with in 24 hrs of my phone call to them to advise that the wrong item was delivered.Overall fantastic service, lovely helpful staff and great products to choose from and they are relatively easy to put together.
