I had 2 split systems installed recently by Rapid Cold Air conditioning. Garry who came to quote me was very responsive, on time and friendly. He advised me on which system is best for my unit and which is most cost effective as well as reliable to be installed. Graeme and his installation team were very punctual, professional and helpful. They finished the job in 3 hours, left the place very cleaned and tidy.I finally can sleep well in the hot weather thanks to my new split systems.I definitely will recommend Rapid Cold to my friends and family!

Quick to respond to query placed via their website, had a site inspection booked days later and was offered a variety of systems and options. I was kept updated on stock levels and planned installation dates. The install team were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up all the mess. I cannot find any fault with the service I have been provided and highly recommend them.I had a split system installed for two rooms downstairs and a single room unit upstairs at the back of the house.

Our main airconditioner failed after 12 years with parts NLA, Rapid cold gave a very reasonable quote to replace it and our secon unit which was older and showing major issues. There Instalation team were excellent, very professional and efficient. removing both old units and installing new ones with no issues, end result was clean tidy and very pleasing.

Very happy with the ducted hearing installation. From quote to install the team were fantastic. Very difficult job working with a 100 year old home but installers were very clean and careful and the price was great too. Only wish we had done it sooner.

They are always quick to respond. They are highly experienced and always do an amazing job. They have installed a ducted electric heater/cooler upstairs and have now also done the same for us downstairs. Two large jobs, completed with no fuss and no issues. Highly recommend.
