Bradford Energy have been amazing to deal with! From the first call to the sales team, to the installation and then to the aftersales team. We have been extremely happy with the way everything has been handled and we are really looking forward to the benefits of our new solar system. We have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks for an amazing job all round.

Bradford installed the solar and battery on our home 2 years ago. They were so easy to deal with, that when we decided to put more panels on we worked with the team again. Recently though, we had an issue with the battery. Working with Brendan we were able to fix the issue and were very happy with the service and information provided. It is a testament to a company on how they handle the harder issues. We would use Bradford in the future, knowing they will support their customers long term and not just at the initial sale.

Professionalism, thoroughness & excellence. I had a vibration issue with the solar inverter for the solar panels that were complimentary to the build of my new home.Every staff member I have dealt with both interstate & local from management to electricians have been excellent. Customer service is a premium with Bradford Energy. I have happily paid for a relocation at reasonable cost and would like to thank Eugene Johnsen in WA, in particular, for researching my issue & facilitating a successful outcome. I highly recommend the company.

We had Bradford Energy install a Solar Array at our new home in Mt Martha earlier this year. Unfortunalely, with the severe weather in late August we had some issues with a couple of panels. I contacted Bradford and they we amazingly quick in responding to our problems and had Tristan their technician out onsite to repair the damage and make sure everything was fixed down and safe. New panels are going to be installed when things return to normal. Great service and couldn't speak more highly of the service, thanks Bradford Energy and in particular Karen Paul from the After Sales team.

I would like to applaud the Vic State Manager for arranging an awesome installation crew after a minor mishap, the guys had the highest level of professionalism I have seen in a long while. They were very friendly, open and empathetic towards our minimal understanding of solar and were very accommodating of our questions. Also, to the guy that got us hooked in the first place (just kidding), our amazing sales representative, was one of the most friendly and genuine people you could ever meet with a broad range of discussion topics, a great personality and outlook on life and a brilliant knowledge of his product. I needed assistance with a change of email address on my solar inverter and emailed the Bradford support team. I promptly received an email requesting I call so they could talk me through it. Karen from the support team patiently talked me through the process and thanks to her the problem was solved. Thank you for the excellent and friendly assistance Bradford Energy.

Karen in after sales support is very professional and has been extremely efficient and effective with my calls about connecting the system with my home network for the monitoring portal. The detail of the system performance is very impressive and it is reassuring to see that the system is working effectively. With the information provided, you can easily work out when to operate your appliances to make best use of the system. I have been very happy with the service provided by Bradford Energy and also the performance of the equipment supplied.

Had Solar and Battery installed by Bradford Energy. Great team who were very prompt with install. We did need to call Aftersales Customer Support for access to Solar Edge and the team there were beyond helpful with my query and very personable. I would 100% recommend contacting the Aftersales Customer Support Team if there are any issues as you will get prompt service and an honest response. I felt that they were extremely invested in my issue and was able to resolve the query in one phone call.

Many customers have given good reviews.however, I have had not so good experience with this provider.Two of my batteries started not working after 5years of installations. they have 10 years warranty.It has been SIX months, the issue is still not resolved.Three parties keep blaming each other. Bradford, Solaredge and Tesla.I tried to contact the after sales technical service team manager to ask for quick resolution.Their team would not put me thru to the manager.I emailed the manager several times. No response.So I had to involve NSW Fair Trading.Once the person from Fair trading had a chat with Bradford manager, I immediately received a phone call from the manager who never bothered to respond to my calls and emails.Funny that ha!!!And then I was given a time line as to when the resolution will be made. either fix the battery or get a refund.It is so sad from customer point of view that the Bradford are moving faster only after NSW Fair Trading was involved.
