I cannot recommend Malory from KBI enough. I was setting up a business in Queensland which didn't fit the normal mould as it was a social enterprise / not for profit. I went to numerous insurers who could not help and without the appropriate insurance, it could not start operating. Malory was the easiest person to deal with and she just got things done, no fuss, no having to follow her up. Her service made the difference between the service starting or not and it was her hard work that got it across the line. Malory is amazing and an asset to the team at KBI.
