Surf Dive n Ski

Terrible customer service. I had ZERO assistance with the changing rooms so I had to get re dressed THREE times and go out to look for more sizes, the older woman was cold, unwelcoming and made it clear that her conversations with other staff were top priority. I felt as if I was intruding just by being in the store as always when I go there. Great products but terrible staff.

I would very much like it to be known that on Friday 24th September I visited the Canelands Mackay SDS shop, seeking lightweight 'walking' shorts. What I experienced, I can only describe as the very best customer service imaginable, from a delightful young lady called Chloe (Grimes). Rather than being a cool surf/dive/ski dude, I am 72, but I stay fit by, among other things, walking 3 km every day. I like to wear light shorts of the boardshorts type - but not too flashy! Chloe understood the requirement exactly and showed total professionalism in her product knowledge. She helped with selecting and then again, showed total professionalism and guidance on the fit and 'image'. I was then so impressed by her understanding and competence with the purchasing procedure. Please can I ask that my deep thanks and gratitude is passed on to her and indeed to her branch manager. Chloe presents an inspiring example for maintaining faith in the youth of today.Kind regards,Adrian Bright...I will be back!

The women working in this store make it such a pleasure to come in! My partner and I are visiting from Melbourne, came in on boxing day to buy board shorts and the service was amazing! Not only did we find the shorts my partner was looking for, but the girls went above and beyond explaining places for us to visit and to go and have a good meal.Thank you so much!

I bought some clothes today. I was served by lady new to the store she had only been working there 3 weeks. I never caught her name, but she was great. Very helpful, patient and polite. great service. I will be back.Cheers Heath
