Chloe is amazing! My 4 year old son has been seeing her for about a year & he actually looks forward to seeing her / getting a hair cut. She is so easy to talk to, amazing with my son, chatting about dinosaurs & the whole place has a nice vibe / clean.

My young ASD son doesn’t like getting haircuts and was stressing so much about it. Today he had Chloe cut his hair and was so happy! He said she did an amazing job and would happy to have her cut his hair again! Such a difference from past haircuts where he’s cried afterwards. Thank you so much ☺️

Went in to get my undercut done. Neish was quick and has great attention to detail. Neish does a better, more thorough job than the hairdressers, and unlike most hairdressers, Sharp Cuts don't try to push you to buy hair products after they cut your hair.

Was seated patiently for 30 minutes until someone turned around and said they couldn’t cut my hair because I didn’t have a booking. Absolute waste of time. Customer service and communication needs to be improved

This is not a true barber shop in the traditional sense. Firstly, you have to make a booking - that is what hairdressers do. Next, most are female cutters - that is what hairdressers do. The shop is mostly filled with kids and their mothers, and the odd lady waiting for a haircut. In my 50 years of attending barbers, this is more like a trendy hairdresser, not a barber. I was turned away twice because I didn't have a booking. First time in my life I was turned away from a barber for not having a booking. Anyway, I won't be back. I will travel the 40 mins to Wynnum for the real deal.

What can I say, Fantastic and thoughtful staff, I left my phone behind when I took my grandsons for their back to school haircuts. They even rang my daughter to inform her I had left it there. As well as that good haircuts for the boys at reasonable prices.

If you get the right person it's great if you don't it's a frustrating and expensive haircut. $39 for a haircut, you expect a good cut everytime.Strongly suggest booking ahead to make sure you get the right cut.
