Really low quality jewellery. Owned 2 gold plated rings I paid almost $200 for. Owned them for less than a month and all the gold plating had come straight off.Didn’t even wear them every day. Took them off whenever washing my hands or showering. Didn’t seem to help…Have attempted to return and get my money back and they have taken them off me to be “assessed” for like 2 months…My friend bought some rings at the same time and the gem has fallen out, all the gold plating has worn off.They aren’t wearable anymore. Better off paying $12 at lovisa.When I went in to ask for my money back on my rings, there was another girl returning her necklace at the same time because it had just practically broken apart for absolutely no reason.The quality is just terrible. Don’t waste your money, it’s not worth it at all!

DO NOT SHOP HEREspent close to $200 on two rings that tarnished so badly within 2 weeks took it in they wouldn’t refund or swap just sent away and heard nothing since kept the second ring cause I could hide the tarnishing easier and the birth stone in it fell out shortly For the price there asking for they should be lasting for more then a couple weeks would of shopped at lovisa if I wanted cheap one wear jewellery. So bad. Not to mention when I went to show the damage on the ring someone else was also in there trying to return for a similar thing.

On a Saturday they close at 5pm not 5.30 as given by google and maps so also check Sunday times as it’s probably not closing at 5.30pm either for Chermside store.On a side note, I shopped online and was just trying to do a pick up but after reading these reviews I very concerned about the lack on of quality I’m about to receive when I go back there in the correct hours. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

My $80 earrings broke within a few weeks of wearing them. I took them to be replaced a few months ago and have heard nothing about them. Terrible customer service will no be buying from here again.

Bought a bracelet , fell apart on its own. Wouldn’t offer a replacement because we had no receipt even though we had the original box. Could’ve swapped it over but didn’t. Bad quality jewellery accompanied by terrible customer service. I recommended you spend your money elsewhere.
