Adventure 4x4 & Auto Electrics - Kedron

It's alright bit overbooked possibly understaffed I have only been there once so may upgrade this in the future...Changing this to 1 star as I was told today they will no longer service due to the original 3 star post. Shameful act by those guys. Don't dare leave a honest review or a review they don't like or you will be denied service

Gotta give a shoutout to the guys here, knocking it out of the park every single time with their service, skill, and value. Couldn't recommend Mark and the team highly enough.

Great local business. Excellent service and fair pricing. The team did a great job fixing my BDCD, ARB compressor, light bars and a few little extra bits and pieces that were all to easy for them.Will definitely be coming back - you have my support!!

I had a new replacement fit out done for an old solar system in my campervan. Very reasonable and the fit out was done promptly.Unfortunately there was a problem with the Enerdrive unit i had in there and after a lot of mucking about with Enerdrive (1/10) Mark and Seth sorted us out with a replacement unit and got me back on the road.Hugely helpful and full marks all round, Id recommend anyone to go there. Cheers guvs.

Awesome service and friendly team.

Just want to thank the friendly guys at Adventure 4x4 Kedron who helped this morning to quickly fix a Ford Everest factory intercooler hose that was split. I called yesterday and they agreed for me to bring it in this morning to diagnose the problem and book it in to fix next week. However, once the problem was quickly identified this morning, they luckily had a much more superior quality hose replacement in stock and because it was easily accessible they installed it within 10 minutes. Considering the local Ford dealership (who I've serviced it with from day one) weren't willing to look at until next month, truly grateful for the guys at Adventure 4x4 for taking the time to quickly fix and test it this morning before it got worse and keep our family mobile.

Mark and the team at Adventure 4x4 were amazing. They removed my friends breathalyzer fairly quickly and efficiently. As they did not have paper cups in their water cooler the guys gave me a ceramic cup from out the back. They seemed to have a fair few 4x4 accessories and the staff answered all my questions politely and to the best of their knowledge.

Got a car trailer rewired and twin brakes fitted, excellent service and price. I did have a bit of drama on my first run (not like Home and Away" drama more like "The Bachelor"). I called the shop for advice and Mark was very helpful

So me and my partner used this company for an installation recently and it definitely wasn't a good experience. To start he called for the booking and was told booking wasn't needed and it will take 10 minutes. We then arrive and Seth tells him that he miss heard and it will be a few hours. We both had to wait for 3 hours making me have to catch a cab back home to relieve the nanny. After that 3 hours my partner then had to wait another 4 hours before the Job had been almost completed but it not fully finished. Although I found the communication and time management to be terrible my partner left a 3 start review trying to be fair. He went back the second time to have it finished and was told due to his review he is no longer welcome back. I find this behaviour very unprofessional and a good way to lose business. You have an unhappy customer who's paid for a service that wasn't completed then was treated like some difficult customer when he was honest and polite with his initial review. I will not suggest this place to anyone.
