My 2014 2 door Coupe caught on fire in the when we were in the middle of covid. 6 weeks prior I had rung up and booked it in to have the Takata Air Bags done, it was only then that I was told that there was another 2 recalls on my Mercedes Benz, I never received any form of correspondence about the other 2 recalls. To date I have not received any form of communication from Mercedes Benz. I have sent emails and have rung Mercedes Benz Head Office Australia. I am 52 years old and have always dreamt of having a Luxury Sports Car and after many years of working and saving, I am totally devastated. I have no car and my hard earned savings over the years literally went up in flames

I purchased online a collapsible basket for my car three weeks ago. I provided proof of purchase to Cam. I followed up with Cam and Tracey twice via email and twice over the phone but neither has replied. Every time I call they are not available or busy. Promise to call back but no calls or emails yet. I am still waiting for my purchase. Deplorable customer service. I didn't expect this from Mercedes-Benz's head office.

If I could give them a zero or even a negative for their customer service I would. Back in October we utilised their roadside assist and due to exceptionally bad customer service we were left on a dangerous shoulder of a busy highway for 4 hours waiting for a tow truck, with two young kids and then we were charged an extra $100 towing fee that we were not told about. When I complained about this service, I got no response. A month later I sent another email and a reply came that I had a case number and Amanda" would be looking into it

Worst customer service. Had a Mercedes vehicle that went into service and came back driving with so many issues and problems that the car is now not the same. How can a vehicle driving so perfectly and smooth come back damaged. I had it inspected and found it had been tampered with. Your NSW Gosford Mercedes service center and Hornsby Service is a disgrace. I've had incidents where I'm charged for work and service and the work has not been done. I've had first hand experience of this shady experience here in Mercedes Service Centre.

Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. We bought a GLA in December. To start with the car came with faulty worn out wipers a loose panel and a month in the check engine light was on. All fixed, though it shouldn't happen in a brand new so called Luxury Premium" brand. In the process the dealer staff scratched the front bumper

Mercedes Benz Australia is a corrupt deceiving company only after its money.Be very careful when you do a custom order and make sure you get paperwork of all the items that will be included (don't get doged by vagueness) because Mercedes Benz Australia will de-spec your car from standard cars they order for floor just to make extra money.Mercedes Benz global has no issues with adding memory seats or wireless charger or USB ports etc. in the cars if they are included in order.Mercedes Benz Australia will de-spec to save money.Mercedes Benz Global spends billions of dollars in R&D and then spend millions of dollars in marketing a new model and Mercedes Benz Australia ruins everything and every experience just for a thousand dollar. What a pathetic company it is.

We paid full retail price for a new 2022 GLC 300 through the agency, MB Sydney.It was noted that all the alloy trim on the car was 'cloudy' and badly stained.The Dealer's attempt to rectify the fault failed.At their request we had the car inspected by the local MB Authorized Body Repairer, who confirmed that due to rhe anodisation failure

New AMG. Faulty Dual clutch. Service is atrocious. Absolutely fuming. Will never buy a Merc again. Had three BMW's without an issue. We can all have a mechanical problem but servicing and fixing that problem seems to be a major issue with Mercedes Benz dealership. Lack of communication !!!!Update: 10 months and only 3500km still not fixed. They tell me it needs new clutches. Motor and gearbox will come out. Will take about one week. Have spoken to other MB owners and they mostly say the same as me. Overpriced and substandard. When fixed I’ll purchase a new BMW. I think it’s Lawyer time !

Hi all there cars are a rubbish brand even myself with my c63s so I advice all of you that have been stuffed around to start the complainant process against The dealership here are the steps we all need to take and something will get done legally they will have to comply1. channel call consumer affairs2. call ACCC lodge a complaint more there are the serious the investigation will be against them3. Contact Motor trade association.the more complaints guys and gals the more serious they will take this.Best of luck everyone
