I bought my dog here for grooming, i showed them the picture of what i like, she instantly told me that his hair is knotted so need to shave, i told them that is ok with me but please keep the face to what i have requested. But when i came to pick him up the entire face was shaved off… my pet face was short. They charged me $95 without styling. My dog was depressed and i was so disappointed that i will never recommend this saloon to anyone

Last minute booking for my 1.5 year old cavoodle and what a fabulous job they did. Def not the cheapest however I must say my dog was really well taken care of and had the best groom. Smelled amazing too! Was there for a good three hours. I'll be back!

We called them up on short notice because our dogs nails were getting long and her ears were dirty which had a risk of ear infection, and we were happy to hear that they'd do it the next day (Sunday) to de-shed and wash her, clip her nails and clean out her ears. I even confirmed all of this via phone and in person to ensure that this would be followed through.We paid $90 for what only seemed to be a wash and nails. We only found out they didn't clean out our dog's ears when her ears made a wet sound as she pressed her head against surfaces, trying to scratch and clearly uncomfortable. You can see the attached photo of tissues my partner used to try and clean her ears.This felt like it was deliberately dishonest and not at all what was agreed to, and now we'll have to look for another groomer that will actually clean her ears. I wouldn't recommend this place.Just to give context, it was barely a week since we took our dog to this groomer, and if they actually cleaned the ears like they said they would, it wouldn't be that dirty.

My 7 year old cavoodle has been going there for over 2 years and at 9 kilos was charged $80 then it became $85 then it was $90 because she was over 10 kilos so I paid it. This time I was charged $95 because I was told she is over 10 kilos so she is a medium size dog. My dog has not grown as she is 7 years old. Everytime I go there, they try to find ways to add extra charges like matting when she doesn’t have any. It’s very disappointing that greed gets in the way of a fair practice. I use to recommend this place to other people in my building but now I would be too embarrassed in case they are also taken advantage of with inconsistent price charges. Make sure you find out before they groom your dog how much they will charge you and keep your receipts so you can show how much they charged you last time because they keep denying the change in prices.

Highly recommended! Been the groomer of my dog for almost a year! Initially have bit of hiccups as notice cuts on my dogs foot but its understandable considering my dog is temperamental!

I was asked not to bring Louie back because he snapped at the groomer. When we took Louie home, he was sensitive around the bottom, because the groomer had cut too close. This is why, I believe, he snapped at the groomer.I read good reviews about this groomer, so I was surprised when we were told not to come back.2 weeks later and Louie’s bottom has healed. I do not blame the groomer. Accidents happen. I wish the business good luck.

Such a nice and caring place, my puppy looked horrible after I tried to groom her myself. I honestly thought what I had done was unfixable but she has come back looking so cute. My puppy has high anxiety and the team really looked after her. Definitely coming back soon! Thanks so much.

Really lovely staff. They looked after my baby Pippy so well gor her first big groom! Taking her mummy there tomorrow :)
