Today was my first experience with A1 Auto Service & Repair and I will definitely be returning into the future. Jake is very knowledgeable and it's obvious that he cares greatly about the quality of his service. Thank you Jake, I greatly appreciate your genuineness.

He's my go to service centre. Jake is friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I had a complete engine replaced and he was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.

Best ever mechanic I have ever found on this side of the ditch! He definitely knows his stuff!Jake drove my car & knew exactly what needed to be done & by thorough inspection, found issues that needed urgent attention that was, for the first time, well within my budget.My car is driving like how it was when I first bought It! Absolutely primo!You won't waste your money going here & he won't lead you down the garden path like the cowboys...a well known chain that has since rebranded itself... I've had the misfortune to deal with that caused even more problems with my car through their lack of knowledge.Jake is straight up, efficient & gets the job done!! Jake is the best machanic around I'll never go back to a dealership service they ripped me off Jake done my timing belt and water pump with the best parts cheaper than I would have got at a dealership shop.. I'll be taking new car there when it's time for sure ..

I can't recommend enough how genuine and professional A1 Auto Services and Repairs has been ever since I used their service more than 5 years ago. Jake is expert and an honest mechanic. You can always bring your car here and have peace of mind and know you came to the right place. He is very reasonable with price and makes sure you are safe on the road.

In short I got a quote for repairs, but in the end I had to take it somewhere else to comeplete the repair (wheel alignment).I booked my car in using AutoGuru to get the clutch replaced. While the mechanic did seem to want to make sure I was happy with the repair, when I mentioned that that it seemed noisy and shaking he did not offer any advise or look into it. He just told me he did not know what the car was like before.The clutch repair itself was fine but I then took the car and noticed two problems. 1. It made a noise when lifting the accelerator and 2. The Wheel alignment was out (I had replaced the Tyres and got a wheel alignment only a few weeks before).I rang him and brought it in first thing the next day. To his credit he did look at it straight away. He found that the noisy and vibration (problem 1) was due to the engine mounts where worn. He adjusted and the problem was fixed.However, when I mentioned they wheel alignment, he said as part of the repair he needed to take part of the suspension off which put the alignment out. However when I asked for it to get fixed, as it was perfect before, he said that was not part of the AutoGuru quote, even though he put the wheel alignment out. I had to take may car somewhere else and pay for a wheel alignment.It seems to be a problem between AutoGuru and him, but in the end I got a quote for a repair and it was not completed. I was not happy with this experience at all.
