Can't go lower than 1 star. Haven't come across such bad customer service in years! Management is rude and unhelpful. Firstly, our delivery address for everything is to a secure, attended service through Australia Post Plus (google it). Everything is signed for and can never be left unattended. So long story short, the delivery driver admitted he left our items unattended but couldn't remember where he left it (although our supplier got a forged signature of ours on the delivery slip, No Authority to Leave"). The manager refused to give any written confirmation that the delivery went to the wrong address

Terrible customer service. Contacted today about a parcel which hadn’t come. Delivery driver left a voicemail on the 29/9 saying I’d have to pick up from the depot cause he has to contact me before delivery and because I didn’t answer he wasn’t delivering. The lady on the phone today said he attempted delivery but no one was home. I told her our front door camera shows no one attempted delivery and my partner was home so would have answered if it was delivered. She kept arguing with me saying it was attempted. But I have voicemails and video footage of it not.

Totally unreliable. They accept parcels with consignment addresses 8 km out of town and refuse to deliver. This has been their practice for at least several years now and I've had enough. If not going to deliver then don't accept it.

Customer service needs work!We were contacted on Friday (almost a week ago now) about a delivery for our new dryer. We unfortunately had Covid and explained that we wouldn't be out of isolation until the following Monday.The staff member said contact would be made again on Monday or Tuesday to reschedule.I didn't receive the promised contact and ended up calling them yesterday (Wednesday).I was told that a message would be given to the Warehouse staff and that one of the drivers would contact me today to organise a time to deliver.Our dryer was delivered this afternoon (without any contact) and it was just lucky our Nanny was at our house and could sign for it.

Poor customer service, given the wrong parcels, didn't even knock on the door to deliver package just left a note to collect at their Depot. Safe to say will take business elsewhere.

Probably the rudest manager I have ever spoken to. My organisation ordered things for a client, which when we tried to express the importance of the parcel , next day delivery was offered. Initial delivery was never attempted, when I pointed out that we had security footage to provide this the response was ‘whatever’ with an incredibly condescending tone. Pretty disappointing, we will not be using this service again.

I get a lot of packages delivered by A1. Sometimes I’m home and sometimes I collect, always an easy experience but I appreciate the guys at A1 redelivering something too big for me to collect. Driver was helpful and friendly. Great job guys.

Highly NOT recommended 3 bad experiences within a month!1. Delivery driver delivers to wrong address and knocks as leaving there, even after conformation from office that address has been updated days prior2. Girl rings me and pretty much abuses me as I’m not at the address and no one has heard of me. I explain she has got the wrong address and she is at east not west and there was a note to call prior to delivery so I could be at the correct address. She then proceeds to deliver next door to me to again the wrong address when told she is at the wrong address she gives me a filthy look and then finally delivers to correct address.3. Delivery driver dumps the pallet on the Main Street and won’t bring inside (not once has any other delivery driver dumped it and refused to bring in)I have had over 12 deliveries in last 2 months from them and different companies and not once did they not bring it inside.Avoid if you can! 3 issues with deliveries and 3 different drivers is to much!

The most rudest people I have come across. I had arranged for them to deliver a perfectly good cond 65 inch TV to an address. Outcome: TV arrived with TV screen smashed. They would not cover the cost of the TV. They were only prepared to refund me the transport cost. I will never use them again
