I had my Pioneer VSX S-300 slim receiver serviced here as its a authorized service center and it was under warranty from Dick Smith. As my problem with my receiver was small it was done in 2 days. I really like the fact that they message you by sms to let you know that it is ready. I will always go here now if there are any problems with my Pioneer products.Highly recommend this place. Thank you Astron Electronics.

Said yes can repair my amp, problem was distortion on front right channel (only noticable threw a tweeter) so hour and a half drive and a 100$ just to drop it off! Said itll take 2 weeks! Never go there! Store is dark and depressing, extremely clutered with over priced mediocre electronics! Asian guys nice and tryed to sound helpfull but was obvious all staff lact passion. After me following up every couple weeks they finaly called me up after a whole month! saying theres no problem

I had my EPSON printer repaired by this company and I must tell that the team is absolutely friendly. I have seen many companies write on their website as being professional and very friendly etc but then when you actually need service you feel the real pain. But staff at Astron have been really friendly. My printer was ready to pick up in in less than a day. Keep up a good work team at Astron.

I've been coming to Astron for a few years now for repairs and upgrades to my older hifi equipment. Their technicians have fixed all issues I've had with my tape deck and turntable. These guys are the best in Sydney. I quite often hang around talking to them about gear and walk away super excited about levelling up. Absolute pros!

Had my NAD amplifier repaired by these guys. My amp was repaired quickly and I was given sound advice of the likely cause of the damage (power surge). When I collected my amp, I was given additional information regarding the repair and an itemised breakdown of the parts required for the repair.The staff are professional and knowledgeable. If I have a need for electronic repairs in the future I will definitely be using Astron Electronics and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending these guys for repairs.

I visited Astron Electronics today to get help with repair with my printer. The person who works on fixing my printer absolutely knows how to do his work, very gentle and professional. He told me if I wait for 5 to 10 minutes, he can fix it immediately without me waiting and come back again to collect the printer. During the fixing of my printer, he explained me about the problem and how to keep it working moving forward. I do not encounter this kind of helpful and supportive personality in service industry quite a lot. It was really happy that my issue is fixed and I did not wait long with good time in this shop.
