Great work & studio. Have been a couple of times, last time I wasn't 100% happy, but they were super happy for me to come back and to fix it within a couple of days time. 10/10….I came in as a first time customer today, and had my foils done by Robyn. One of the best colours I’ve ever had. Robyn listens to what you want and packed my foils in with precision. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would 1000% recommend

I booked two appointments on same day around similar times (i don’t know how long it would take between two appointments since I haven’t been to the salon much). I booked one for a Colour, the other a barber cut. Had a really nice hairdresser, she did my hair colour nicely, but we went overtime and she said it’s okay I can still go upstairs to get a haircut. I go up there and explain that I got told I was fine to still have a cut even though went overtime. This lady with blue hair upstairs was rude about it though saying she doesn’t have any time left and it’s all canceled by the time. Wasn’t nice about it and didn’t say what else I could do or anything, I do have a disability and cannot understand some things as well as others do, but she was honestly rude about it and makes me not want to go back. But the lady who did my hair colour and also was nice to cut my hair was lovely. The customer service could get some improvement.

The most welcoming place, and Edie was beyond skilled. Worth every cent!
