Spacious store with a large range.Staff however were inattentive and not very friendly. It would have been nice to be greeted or asked if we needed any help in finding what we were looking for.

I had went for shopping today and brought around 6 jackets.It was my first purchase there.But i had a very bad experienceA person working there named 'Rachel' was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my partner.We were taking some time for the billing through gift cards and we felt very discriminated as she was sweet with other people. Kathmandu shall take an action towards such employees.

The staff is so helpful. I bought trousers online and it was too big, as the size chat is wrong. I called them and they found the right number on another store for me.I think the click and collect works pretty good as well. My husband liked a trousers in the store, didn't have his number, I found it straight away on line and bought it.
