SCAM SCAM SCAM I paid for a set a year ago that i was told was already made before I paid. NEVER got it and she wont tell me when i can expect it. wont give me my money back even though she has failed to supply

I have been a loyal customer for many many years and I highly recommend this business.....they are extremely professional with top quality products and very obliging to each customers needs....i refurbished my bedroom with their products and have received many compliments....i highly recommend their professional service and prompt delivery....they excelled in every way possible and were by far better than I ever expected...."

I don't want anyone to go through with what I have had to go through with getting furniture from this company. I ordered furniture in December 2017 and was promised that it would be here by March. Since then I have been contacting the owner and she has just come up with excuse after excuse as to why it is not here. Then finally in March she said it was being loaded onto a container. A week later when i contacted her to find out when the delivery date would be, she asked if I could reconfirm the colours. I said to her that she had said it was in the container already. She has been coming up with excuse after excuse since and now has said that I will lose my deposit. So there goes $1785 down the drain. Please do yourself a favour and save your money and hassle and get your furniture from people that will at least be honest with you.

Extremely bad experience- I bought heaps of items from her. Approx $10,000 worth of things I bought (OR $7000) and she promised it will arrive in 3 months it took us more than 6-7 months for everything to come. When the item came from Indonesia, they were damaged and faulty. When I told her she said she will replace it, I must say that. However, within few weeks and months all the items started cracking and the quality turned out to be one of the most lowest I have ever seen. She continued saying it is Mahogany wood and it's world best wood. When I showed to my local carpenter he said it is simple plywood. I then took it to a local store (won't name it because of privacy ) and they also said that it is plywood. When I again shown her the picture of damages that happening to the furniture, the solution she gave me was to get a gap filler and put it and I will pay for the gap filler. Why would someone fix the furniture himself with a gap filler especially when its brand new. PLEASE BE AWARE OF HER.

The worst business I have ever dealt with! Been patiently waiting for 10 months for my items to arrive only to find out it's all one big lie! This lady is a scammer, she takes your deposit then cries poor. Even though she had told me she will give me back my deposit and I have given her my bank details, I still have nothing! I tried to do her a favour and i picked some items from her warehouse to bring down the amount she owes me only for the items to be of very bad quality then she had the nerve to say that I damaged the items!!! Do not pay this lady a cent unless you physical see the item and make sure you inspect your items as the quality is nowhere near up to standard. I wish I could rate them a zero!

I have dealt with Tiffany French Interiors for the past 5 years and have found them very professional and easy to communicate with. Their furniture is of top quality. I would recommend them without hesitation. The owners are very approachable and return messages promptly. If you want unique furniture that will last for a long time, this company is for you.

Nightmare experience dealing with this business. Buying a cot for our first granddaughter turned into the worst business transaction, deceitful and utterly unprofessional. Not only did they admit selling the cot we paid deposit for, but after multiple attempts to call and message for over 4 months mostly going unanswered then excuse after excuse with messages of promises to repay the lost monies, from Dec 2018 to date nothing. Be warned unprofessional, unethical and completely deceitful.. the only diligent thing they did was block our review posts on their Instagram and Facebook. We wouldn't wish this upon anyone!! #tiffanyfrenchinteriors
