Grace 4 Kids Early Learning Centre

NOT professional at all, they strive for Money rather than your child. Throughout they were telling me how good my child is, then when I flagged that I want to get my child into school, they brought up issues that contradicts what they were telling me previously just to prevent my child from attending school and keep her in the childcare for one more year. Very disappointed and NOT recommended.

Lacking common sense and professionalismSuppose to go for a tour today at 9 am called at 8 am asking if I could come in at 10 lady forgot to take my number down fair enough honest mistake. Called again since I didn’t get a call back and they said it was alright for me to come. Came rushing through peak hour from Liverpool to make sure I can get there on time this time went to the centre for them to tell me that they are at their full capacity for my daughters age group… it’s needless to say that this could have been said over the phone and avoided wasting everyone’s time. Do not recommend

We are extremely happy with this childcare centre. The meals provided are fresh and well thought out. The activities are creative. The app is innovative and you can always see what they have eaten or done during the day. Importantly clean and the toys are always updated. It's new and innovative!

My child attended this childcare when it first opened, and from what I saw I would not recommend it. I took my child out ASAP. I was working from home at the time so taking them out was the biggest inconvenience for me but it was that or stay where I was not comfortable leaving child. My children usually attend childcares from around 6 months old so I'm pretty experienced with what an acceptable childcare would be and for me this one was disappointing. There is a chance that they have fixed up their issues - specifically with certain staff members but I post this just so parents can be wary and really pay attention to see if its a good fit. Having said that, my child did enjoy the room they were in and was happy when they attended and I do feel that management did take my complaint seriously but I didn't stay long enough to see if any action was taken.

Nice for kids

Excellent day care centre. I am extremely pleased with the team at Grace 4kids. Friendly and have made me feel like family. Highly recommend to friends and family.
