Went in looking for a small piece to fix a gate , they custom made a new latch that would do the job on my old bent fence gate and at no upcharge , great service will return . Even the Dog is impressed !

If you want a fence that buckles up heaps they will sell you more. That's nice of them.

Great product. Customer service not so great.Felt I was talked down to after i was asking specific questions about my job. After everything was delivered to me, there were 5 problems with my order.Job turned out great, thanks to me.

Excellent business. Fencing seems surprisingly hard to get done these days especially if you live on a larger property an hour out of Cairns. Before approaching Arnel I spoke to multiple business and they were either interested, were quoting outrageous prices and/or were mucking around and kept postponing work for months just to pull out at very last minute.All that went away when I engaged Arnel. They provided me with quality materials at great price and also lined up their trusted contractor (Pat from MBH constructions, can't speak of him highly enough). Arnel and Pat have built my fences on time, on budget and delivered great quality. I am happy to give them my best recommendation and next time I've got a fencing project I know who to call. Won't be looking any further. Thanks legends!

Wow! Huge range of fencing supplies including more hinges, locks and fencing accessories than I have ever seen in the one place. Mick and the guys were only too happy to help tracking down what I needed and helped load up the van.

One word; Wow!Our fence, which is 3 months old, has had several issues with it since it was installed. The worst, however, is the gate, which can only be opened from the outside with a coathanger as the latch hasn't work since installation.Furthermore, when opening both sides yesterday to park a friend's van in, which we never usually do as the fence line was installed lower than our grass and rips it up when we open it to park vehicles, one side completely fell off. We have parked cars inside three times since installation. That's three uses of the side that FELL OFF.I called today to see if someone could look at it. They said that I was a, bored woman

Went into the store to get a quote for a fence and automatic roller gate. Was told by the owner that somebody would contact us within 24hrs. A week went by and still nobody contacted us. Eventually when a contractor did contact us to organise a time a date to give us a quote, he didn't show up.No phone call or anything to tell us what was going on. Very unprofessional. At the end we were sick of waiting, so we went with a different fencing company.

Absolutely terrible service. There were several issues during the construction and after the completion of our fence.The fence infringed upon our water services, was unevenly spaced and had different heights around the perimeter. It also had 30cm gaps underneath it even though the upgrade was to secure pets.There was no handle secured for the gate so it cannot be reached from outside the fence line; we leave a step ladder at the front or climb on our cars to unlock it now.They were very rude and would not even reply to our complaints even though we tried them several times. Wish we never upgraded at all.Don't waste you're time and money.
