WORST SALON EVER(strut mall)!! the man put my tips on then told me to soak it off in acetone i said to him my hands hate acetone an he still done it then told me to leave an tried to make me pay.left with this!!

Never again! Deserves zero stars. What a rude & aggressive bunch of women working there. I was absolutely disgusted in the service. No eye contact whatsoever. Treated like a robot. These people need to learn good customer service before they go running a business. Extremely disappointed.

I paid $40 for shellac to be redone I love the colour I chose but they filed my nails down to thin that they went from being quite thick and strong to so fragile they bend. I had a shower the day after and the shellac started to peel off. They ruined my nails

The guy was great, friendly, polite but the lady there (younger one) was so unprofessional. The guy even ended up (what looked like - it was all in another language) telling her off. After then she was really apologetic however it didn’t feel very genuine. Left feeling really uncomfortable about how other people were treated.

I had SNS with a friend and the lady did a terrible job! My nails are lumpy and they hurt! She cut my finger with the file, got cranky with both of us and complained to us that it took so long to do our nails. They weren't buffed properly and another lady had to come over and do the top coat because the other one forgot. Horrible experience!!! Will never ever return. Don't waste your time and money!

I went to this salon today 1 October 2020. I went with my partners daughter for SNS. Prices are over the top, far more expensive than Sydney. Staff are rude. Poor job on both our nails. Very disappointed. Will never go there again, wish I had read reviews on this dreadful place.Update. Friday 2 October 2020. Daughters thumb nail crack already-less than 24hrs after service.I noted that they only did 2 dips of SNS colour, Sydney is always 3. Lack of buffing and one and a bit of top coat. Over all shoddy job, bad service, over priced and rude staff. NOT IMPRESSED

Paid $90 for my FIVE year old to have her hands and toes painted.Insane!!She was meant to have her toes only (as a first time bonding experience with mum) but they tried making her go alone so I thought why not have nails painted while I have mine.Only for them to force her to have her toes alone anyway, so we didn’t get that experience we had TOLD them we wanted.She’s bloody 5 years old with teeny hands and feet and took 10 mins so these prices are ridiculous. She’s had her hands done in SYDNEY and was only charged $20!!Not only that but my pedicure was rushed, no scrub/exfoliate was done and she bloody hurt.0/10 do not recommend.

(Referring to the Sturt Mall one.) ABSOLUTELY WISH I listened to the terrible reviews! Going in I had booked over the phone one acrylic for my friend and one gel for me. I showed them the reference photo thinking it is a relatively easy design with no special tools or techniques needed. Lady seemed extremely angry with me from the get go. Told me I could only have two extra colours because it will “take too long”. She was extremely rushed and didn’t even sit down the entire time. Chopped a significant amount off my longer natural nails and reshaped despite me already prepping my nails to avoid this. She only cured the first layer and did not cure in-between sections of the design, yelling at me when I went to put my hand in. Design looked TERRIBLE to say the least. Not at all what I asked for. The lady took less than 20minutes and then went on to charge me $50 for the crappiest job i’ve ever had! $20 dollars extra for two poorly executed colours. They took my money and didn’t look me in the eye. Absolutely outraged that they took advantage of my age and thought I don’t know the worth of money, time and quality. Will NEVER return. I went home and did my design exactly how I wanted them on fake nails and if it was easy for me (NOT a professional) it should’ve been easy for them.

This shop has been consistently provides really bad service.There's no how are you or a smile.They honestly don't care about customers only money and always rush to do service.Had by eyebrow wax today...the lady done it I 2 minutes and told me it was done and walked away from the waxing room.As I saw her leave the waxing room I ask her for the mirror...she just pointed at the mirror despite knowing how to speak English fluently.This is my last time going there.The lady also had wax stuck to my hairs and it was so annoying trying to get it off.Not happy at all.If I could them a zero star ...I would.
