Don't get Sushi from here. They got our order wrong, and the food was of very poor standard. This place was good 3 years ago but just keeps getting worse and worse. Will never get food from here again. Such a shame!

Good food. I had asked for less sauce for the three dishes I ordered. The waitress didn't fully understand my request, because only the sushi roll came with mayo on the side while the other two dishes came with the usual amount of sauce which is too heavy for me. I would still recommend this place - just need to be clearer with requests.

This is the second time in a week I've visited. The first time was by accident when a nearby restaurant was closed. When I returned for the Art Trail over the June long weekend, Akira Sushi was on my itinerary! The vibe is casual, but the limited menu is delicious with comparatively reasonable prices. There were 4 of us, and we all raved about our meals. I'd visit weekly if I lived in Bowral. My favourite is not on the Google-suggested: list yaka udon with teryaki salmon

Food is consistently good!Best vegetarian Bento and Aga dashi Tofu is highly recommended!!! Good prices!Not very friendly service unfortunately.The decor is super rundown and a bit dirty! But other than that this place rocks!!

Restaurant was filthy. Had to clean the plates and wipe off table myself. On arrival, over half the tables hadn't been cleaned despite it not being busy at all. When the plates were eventually removed off the tables, none of them were wiped down leaving crumbs and sauce behind for the next customers.Zero atmosphere, just a noisy humming fridge for ambience.Food was very bad. It was nothing like what Japanese food should be like. This place used to be quite good, but I think with the most recent owners the quality has dropped.

Terrible. Worst sushi I’ve ever had. Huge pieces (size of diameter of half a lemon! messy and covered in sauce and Mayo. Messy sloppy and waited a looong time to collect. Sorry.

38 dollars for Instant Ramen + 6 sashimi and soup chicken katsu rice. Chicken katsu don is a regular katsu don ruined with a weird soup, thus chicken katsu is neither tasty nor crispy. Ramen at a sushi shop is instant Ramen. I swear there aren't any management at this place as there have been previous reviews stating the same problem and no change has been applied. I believe they would take the same approach when people have food poisoning. I hope their sushi is good and they take hot food off the menu.

Please look at other reviews here and avoid inflated prices for poor quality food.$18 for Shin Ramyun (Instant Noodles) is very disappointing, I really didn’t want to believe it! Chicken Don is very heavy on Teriyaki you will get clogged arteries. No idea why there’s thick slices of oranges and lemons.
