This chemist is awful. They think that they are Drs and will refuse you over the counter medications that you have been on without issue with your own Dr's approval. They are no more than jumped up salespeople who think they have a medical degree. Do not go here."

I recommend this pharmacy as 5*plus! At every point of call I'm given friendly caring advice and service. As a regular customer I am looked after well by virtue of my frequency but even well beyond this, they still find ways to go above and beyond with their treatment and care. I cannot recommend this lovely compassionate local chemist more strongly - use local and you'll be valued as a local.

I have a Defence white card and was unaware of the rebates this entitles me to on prescrition medications. Kudos to the Chempro team (especially Andrea) for taking the initiative and sorting out my rebates off her own bat. This will save me considerable $$ going forward. Outstanding attention to customer service - thanks again. Steve

Lovely lovely staff!! I was walking past the chemist when I remembered that I was due for my covid booster, when I asked to book they gave me all the information I needed and even called the covid hotline themselves to ask when I could get my booster after recovery from a positive result. Saved me A LOT of time.

Absolutely amazing staff, mum had a fall and cut her arm, medical centre turned her away, John without hesitation came out to the car to check on mum and kept me calm. He was able to explain what I needed to do to help her. Wonderful staff ❤️
