Beyond Nails

Usually I do my own nails however being unable to reach them due to being pregnant I decided to get them done. The young guy did my pedicure and gel and I was amazed just how thorough he was throughout. Did not feel rushed at all and was very gentle. Very pleased with the finished look even if it is just gel. Thank you. Definitely would be back in the future!! Chelsey

Sooo not happy!! I've never had an experience like this. It was my first time trying Beyond nails and it will be the last. They rushed through everything, didn't try talking to you and just acted like you were an inconvenience. They lady was watching her phone while doing my nails!!!! That would why they are so uneven, some nails she filed down to my skin and it stung so much. I know they are cheaper but you honestly get what you pay for. DONT waste your time.

What a joke. I basically did the nails myself. The older gentleman that did my nails was rude and didn't do the job properly. He flooded the quicks with the gel polish which means it's going to peel in the next few days, he only painted half the nail so so had to get him to fix it before curing and he didn't cap any of the nails so again it's going to peel. None of the nails are shaped straight, he didn't even need to shape them I TOLD HIM NOT TO!DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is not the first time I've had issues with this salon. They are also disgustingly filthy and DO NOT clean between clients.

I went for a pedicure. The first thing I noticed was the nuckles inside the massage chairs were out of wack, so I got relocated to another chair and still was very out of sync. The lady doing my pedicure was busy yapping and missed a toe, which I had to pull her up on . Meanwhile, only 4 toes got clipped when I asked about it. she said they don't need clipping , just filing . Okay , she's the professional right .. So then the polish was blobbed on smudged and then removed .. My 1/4 leg massage I always get at other places was non-existent . I wouldn't even bother here when everywhere else is the same price, and you get the service you pay for .

Today I had a gel colour change on my toes (listed as $35) which turned out great. I also had an infill on my acrylic finger nails (listed $35). I don’t know what I expected given the cheap prices but I did not expect this. Firstly I was overcharged, my service totalled at $70 but was charged $80. Secondly my acrylics are terrible. The lady who did my fingernails, cut a chunk out of the middle of my nail bed which was so painful. I asked for French tips and they couldn’t seem to do it so I left it and just said I’d get a full colour. Ended up with this terrible pink colour, the application of the colour is gross. I left with chunk of nail polish on the underside of my nails. And nail glue all over my finger tips. The shaping is all kinds of wrong. I asked for sharp square and ended up with these rounded square shape acrylics and fluff all through the colour from unclean brushes.

Ask for Kylie, she is great. Excellent customer service. All expectations met!

I love my halloween nails, they got me in straight away and worked with some photo examples of things I liked. Love them!Edit: my cuticles always look like that, it's not from them - my skin peels

Terrible quality manicure and horrendous shellac application. Two nails had bubbles which lifted and peeled off within the first day and most others had lifting spots and was thick and terrible looking. Do not recommend
