Sri Lankan takeaway.Can be very crowded at times. Serving time can be long.Reasonable prices. Good quality food.

Mutton/lamb rolls are delicious.Update:23/11/22 These rolls are now very very spicy. My little daughter used to enjoy them but not now. I too have stopped buying these.Now they have gone back to their original recipe.

I'm pleased to have found this place. Always busy, queues out the door, very basic decor - it's a takeaway joint - but the food is interesting. The lamb rolls are crisp to bite into and so meaty and flavourful (building up my spice tolerance!). Had a boneless chicken curry + veg rice for $8.. great value, nice variety on the plate for 1 meal. Strongly recommend you take another reviewer's advice and try the kothu rotty! I did! The dish was new to me and I enjoyed it. Has a good selection of sweets also. The cashiers are busy but are kind enough to answer questions if you don't know what things are. I'm slowly working my way through the menu and will definitely be back

Bloody amazing. I was hooked from the first time I had lamb rolls as a kid. Food is well made - crispy but not soggy, full of flavour. A little spicy.I always visit whenever I'm in Flemington.

Bought two rice and curry boxes to take away. One chicken and other one mutton. You get to choose what other vegetable curries packed in to the boxes. With each meat box can choose 2 curries. So with 2 boxes we got 4 different curries in total. All the curries had a good level of spiciness and the whole meal was very filling.

Excellent food and customer service. However store is currently closed 9th January till 16th January for cleaning and maintenance" . Reopening on 17th January 2023."

Generally very good quality. The Lampris are more like rice & curry packs, but still very tasty and good value. Personal favourite are the Chicken Pan Rolls... excellent with a cup of tea for breakfast!

Tried string hoppers koththu and roti koththu. Loved the string hopper koththu. Plenty of Sri lankan short eats and tried all of them. Very well priced and worth for every single penny spent. In one instant the susium we tried made and bit sick not sure if it was cooked in bad oil or something not right. Overall happy with cooked food.
