Our window had a fault by the previous owner of Jaden, and Chris bent over backwards to have it fixed for free even though outside warranty. Super impressed with their great communication and punctual staff who came to fix it for us too. Thanks Jaden!

We had a leak in our windows. One of the Jaden team came to fix it. He could not have been more courteous, helpful and thorough. He put new sealant on all the windows, not just the ones where there were leaks. He also noticed wind noise on our French doors and adjusted them. The wind noise has gone, and traffic noise greatly reduced. Excellent service.

Unprofessional service. Waited weeks for a quote for a window replacement. When they finally got around to it, the job was of poor workmanship. Don't waste your time.
