Bought 2 pairs of gold earrings, the push (that stay back at the earring) quality is very bad! Both of them broke! very disappointed!

Brought a bangle for my wife’s birthday and as I am in Covid isolation had her mother collect it. When I received the bangle was bent out of shape and is smaller then advertised. Attempt to return the same day only a matter of hours latter and would not refund as they say that I have bent the bangle.

I have never had a problem with another prouds store and I have been shopping with prouds for a long, long time. But Palmerston prouds Darwin was very, very disappointing. Firstly the girls have no passion in what they do. After standing for ages with no one in the store, I was finally served this was after the staff had a little chat about how much they hate the work place. She was very rude and stroppy and this was meant to be the happiest time of my life and I was hoping for assistance with my new engagement ring for resizing, after she gave me the mock rings to resize I asked her for reassurance and help if that seemed right. She just shrugged her shoulders and said “yeah I guess” what an absolute shame because I know if that was my home town prouds they would’ve helped a lot more than her. After a week and a bit i tried to call and the lady who answered was also very rude and after it cut out, I tried calling back again several times but the phone line was disconnected!? So we had to go in instead to get an answer luckily the ring was back but definitely not the right size. Anyway so now I have to wait until home to get it resized again because I’m way too scared I will drop it as I have already lost it once since it being resized. Very disappointed prouds I hope you get better staff with passion and great customer service in the coming months
