Went in to ask if they could wheel align my 1962 ford thunderbird. Told them my camber was out and it needs wedges to adjust can you accommodate me. They said definitely so I bought it in. I gave them a service manual with instructions on where the wedges are located being the lower arm. I showed him the specifications in the book being 3/16 wedge will give 1 degree off adjustment. Came back 1 hour later to find him trying to remove my upper arm and telling me all the wrong information. I showed him my service manual and again where the wedges are and he says I can't do them this is all the tools I have. You need a 3/4 socket for the arm and a 1/2 inch socket for the retainer. They then tried to charge me so I had to explain to his boss the situation. Got my car home to find out he left my tierods loose. I'm sick and tired of inept places and people that lie. Go to this place if your ignorant.
