Called up the place asked for product they said they got it and we came all the way from Albion Park just for them to say they didnt have it in stock. The ladies in there looked at me and it’s probably because of what i was wearing and they decided to say no even though I said I called up like 20 minutes ago. Worst place ever. So disappointed. Being sick and having to travel there just for them to say no. i called in first as I know its national shortage and they said they going to close soon and if I could get there before 4 oclock to pick it up. 2.45 i showed up (literally 20 mins after my call) they checked in the system and said they dont have it.

Be prepared to be judged on the medication your having filled. I didn't know that pharmacists had to judge whether or not you need the medication. When a script has been written by a doctor don't assume it will be filled at this pharmacy. I never realised that a pharmacist could magically know a person's medical history from just looking at them and a single script. My wife was judged on how she looked and was placed in a category as not requiring this medication over others. Have never experienced anything like this in my life. And I would never wish it on anyone elses wife to experience. Discrimination at its finest.

Just tried to buy a rapid antigen kit from them. They wanted $69.00 .I'm a pensioner. This is price gouging. Not happy.

Would give a zero if I could terrible customer service, rude administration. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a positive experience in a pharmacy.
