I was worried as having a long term injury, I didn’t want to aggravate it, but it was definitely time to try a new treat. Rachel was a dream! She didn’t make promises, explained what will happen, checked my comfort level throughout the treatment, with a side serving of humour to keep me relaxed. Would recommend 100%, especially for people new to acupuncture, Rachel’s knowledge and background in exercise will put you at ease. Can’t wait for my next treatment.

Best experience with Rach! I have been to her twice in 2 weeks and came out of both feeling 10x better than when I walked in. I felt like Rach really took the time to listen and understand what I’m feeling and why before looking herself, which then left me feeling relieved when treatment was being done knowing it was being done in all the right places. I can’t recommend her enough, bring on my next appointment!

Rach is amazing - very knowledgeable and genuine. She has a wide range of techniques that she uses holistically to address the body as a system. I have always preferred remedial / sports massage, but I now emphasis acupuncture and enjoy the effect it provides to the body as a complete system.

Rachel is amazing - I go to see her creaky, stiff & sore either from sitting at a desk too long or doing various sports - she works her magic with pins, cups & elbows and I come out all loosey goosey - magic! Couldn't recommend Rach enough.

Rach is honestly the best sports acupuncturist I have been to. She has incredible knowledge of the body and immediately uncovers and treats the issues. I always leave Rach significantly relieved or usually completely free of pain.

I visited Rachel as she came highly recommended by other members of the gym where I train. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She helped relieve so much tension and pain in my shoulders and gave me cues and tips that I can utilise in my daily life. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Rachel is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares and caters to all her client's needs. After the birth of my first child, I had on and off hip issues and had never tried acupuncture before seeing Rach. After a few sessions with Rach, I saw massive improvements through my hips! My pain was gone and my mobility improved heaps. I am now 20 weeks pregnant and continue to see Rach whenever I need some relief from pain caused by pregnancy. She is amazing at her job and I will continue to highly recommend her!
