Terrible experience. They had our car booked in for 12/04 and we received the text messages prior to the day to remind us of the booking. Dropped our car off early in the morning only to be called a day later saying we had no booking when we clearly had proof of messages from their booking system. Said they’d speak to the boss to see what they could do but even the boss didn’t attempt to help or apologise to us. When we picked up the car the customer service was disgusting and again no apologies. Our first experience with this business and definitely won’t be back.

Failed to find a stuffed CV joint. I had to find and replace it myself.Didn't repair the rough idle/stalling issue until I diagnosed and informed them that the damaged distributor was causing loss of spark on cylinders 1, 2 and 3.Left multiple bolts loose/missing on exhaust and transmission sump.Although missing bolts were replaced after complaining, it's something that shouldn't have even happened in the first place.Photos of missing nuts/bolts after service are attached.
