It’s rare to find a trainer that has the ability and patience to help you consistently improve and progress year after year while still making you enjoy every session. Having trained over 2-3 years with Jacek I couldn’t highly enough recommend him to be a coach / trainer whether you are learning boxing for fun, to train others or competitively.Being a trainer myself I have quite high standards for other trainers and I can easily say Jacek goes above and beyond with his training which is why I am still a client after all these years.If you want to give boxing a go, please give him a call and organise your first session. He’s technical, extremely focused and I would call him both an amazing trainer and a great friend.

I've been training with Jacek twice a week now for just over a year. When I first started I could barely last 10 minutes and my understanding of boxing technique was pretty much nil. A year later and I'm closing in on my fitness and weight loss goals....still got a long way to go on the technique though :) The more I box, the more I realise how little I know and that's where Jacek's patience and attention to detail is appreciated the most.
