Staff are always friendly. Customer service is great. I love all the children's outdoor equipment and gardening products, and their craft section is awesome as well.

9.30 am weekday one checkout open with a big line up and no self checkout working. Bunnings/ Wesfarmers you can do a lot better. Mitre 10 at Gatton service is better.

Hubby waited 25mins just for someone to pick up the phone..not a good way to run a business. However the next day picked up new trailer and Steve helped us tremendously. When trailer had the wrong connection plug he even offered items from his own car to help. You need more people like Steve..do not ever let him go.

Wow ! this shop is hugh, has so much in it but no air conditioning so we needed to get out to hot up here in summer .....you need to do some thing about this plus would be nice to have a coffee shop connected to Bunnings....bring on the Coffee Shop or the shops we use to gave back in the 50s 60s....milk shake shops & then with real ice cream....yeah

Ok update. When this store opened, I was very disappointed in the whole store to the point of going elsewhere. On my last visit. They had fixed both phone and internet issues within the store. As there was none before, you had to leave the store and go out into the car park to get phone service. The quality of staff has improved out of sight. There is still a very strong distinction drawn within the store. And it rubbs me the wrong way. Bunning planland was built to serve the building industry not the handyman. My money and my needs are just as real as the trade's people. The only difference is in the size of the sale.

This is my go-to place for building. We are doing renovations after the floods and we can get every thing we need here at a reasonable price. The specials on Makita tools are pretty exciting too!

We shop at Bunnings regularly and every time we visit the staff are friendly and helpful.Today our Bunnings shop was extra special when the staff went above and beyond to find us with resources for our sons birthday. They staff went above and beyond their role.

Will give 5 stars but could do with bigger store as much stuff needs to be special order the store just ain't big enough to hold all there stock ..
