How do I rate zero stars ? Has to be the worst Macca in Australia, cannot get an order correct to save themselves, burgers look like they have been thrown into the box from 10 metres away. Tonight’s bonus was they couldn’t figure out how to pour the vanilla shake into the cup, there was nearly more contents running down the side of the cup than there was in the cup, then the staff get stroppy when I ask them to wipe it off… lolHalf filled drinks come standard hereHalf filled fries come standard hereNever Again - save yourself a headache and go to another maccas ! Or even better get burgers twice as good at Menai Metro Grill !

Always something missing. I paid for it got home and sauce i wanted was missing. Happens everytime.Again went there today 29 Oct 2022. Drink had no syrup when I told them they gave them back to me covered in drink. The quarter pounder burger they gave me meat patty was cut in half.What a absolute joke McDonald's even asked me for a $2 donation as if they need it.Just got a vanilla coke that looks like water 22 December 2022.

Every single time I've ordered through the app and collected through the drive thru my order has been incorrect and the food cold. Very disappointing. It's impossible to check it's correct whilst driving so I trust they have it right, afterall it's not rocket science right?!! Not once has it been so.

Was asked to mive to the waiting bay, the bay was full. Was then asked to move down to the car park, I told them the car park was full...'do your best' Sat waiting for my food for 20mins. Staff member then tried to tell me I was waiting for a coffee and muffin...my four large meals didn't show up. Another 10mins and my food finally turned up...their 'reward' for me waiting was 3 apple pies...for a four meal order. Quick maffs says that doesn't add up. Horrible service when they're a little busy.

Feels a bit rich to rate a cheeseburger but I am. Food was what I expected but thats what I needed. Food was ubered and the burger, chips and coffee came warm. I live within a 5 minute radius so maybe if you're outside that, you'd be dealing with cold food. Maccas hasn't truly changed the game for well over a decade. You surely know by now what you're getting

Got my Uber eats delivered late food was cold, got a frozen coke instead of a normal coke which was half filled and didn’t taste like a frozen coke, meat was too cold and dry to eat, chips are stale and very salty. Very disappointed with Menai maccas. Wont be ordering from there again

The food and wait was fine, but the coke clearly had barely any syrup. It was a very light brown and almost clear in colour, and it just tasted like sparkling water. I would have come back to replace it but unfortunately I was already home

Very dirty place. We didn’t find any clean table.I would have gone to Coles or Woolies if I wanted a lettuce only. Coffee and burger were nice, though. Staff bit confused but friendly and police.

We went drive thru and waiting in the car park. When they brought the food they totally forgot our sundae’s, and when reminded said “ok I’ll be right back”. They didn’t come back at all. Then we went inside to follow up and the person had amnesia or something coz they acted like they had no idea we still needed our sundae’s and spent ages pulling up the order and then making them. By that time the rest of our food was cold and soggy. And the meat from the burgers generally looked dry and not cooked right. Never going here again, I’ll go to Padstow maccas next time, the food and service is way better.

Clean and food is good, but for goodness sake can the self service please be kept full on receipt paper. This is my biggest dislike of McDonald's, you've got a crucial 1 second to look at your order number on the screen since it's supposed to be on your receipt as well but 9/10 times there's no paper in the machine and you're left having no idea if a number called out is your order or not. It's extremely awkward and unsettling. Next time I'm here, if the reciept seems a common occurrence I'll happily change this review
