Woolworths Cottesloe
It took me 15 minutes to find my favourite sunflower seeds (extra salted btw), and keep in mind this was my first time at this woolies, so I didn't know which isle to check in exactly, so I looked for a staff member and couldn't see one in the store. Though eventually I looked for longer and found a staff member stacking shelves and I got my sunflower seeds eventually. This was more of a in and out shop, but because there were no staff members around it took a lot longer.

Medium size Woolies to be honest it's lacking variety and choice. The aisles here are extremely narrow and being disabled they were a challenge. Produce appears to be okay and small seafood and deli also. Situated inside a small complex and the carparking space's for easy access for disabled access was dismal.

Store has been expanded but don't expect to necessarily find what you're after on the shelves. Strangely they seem to struggle to keep stock on the shelves throughout the day, esp in the fresh food section.

Woolworths Cottesloe
Used to be a nice place with character. Since the expansion, they have introduced a sushi bar in direct competition with the family run Just Sushi in the main centre area. This is despicable conduct by Woolworths. They have also replaced the 12 items or less lane with a checkout lane for people who have scanned things on their phone. The number of staff on checkouts has been reduced, and the number of self check out machines that accept cash has been halved. This is now a soulless place where customers are unlikely to encounter a human being.

The newly refurbished Woolworths is great. Good selection. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and nicely displayed. My new grocery shopping destination.

It is a clean store. They sell A1 produce, impeccably presented. Woolworths are able to provide hand sanitizer and wipes to clean the trolleys.Staff are available to help shoppers.Overall, this is a good store.

Bring back the under 12 items checkout. Now I have to wait forever behind people with full shopping trolleys. I seldom buy more than 12 items but I shop every second day. I will never use self checkout as I pay enough for groceries without having to do their work for them. (Many people who self checkout give themselves '5 finger discounts'. I'm not into that).
